[1v1] Not quite Rocky (Freya/Jericho)

"Mmmmno. Never gives up. Can't gives up." She swung out weakly, wildly, hardly seeing where she was throwing the punch.

Oh she just did not hit him after he had already taken his gloves off. The match was over now. Turning sharply to her, his eyes glowed for a moment before he shouted. Loudly.

"VOOOOOOIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII! KNOW YOUR ******** LIMITS!!"

He might have caused a shockwave with his voice.

Freya went flying, wings billowing out behind her as she rose up into the air, flew backward, and landed on the ropes behind her. She bounced off them, and thumped to the ground, crumpling at the final hit. She slumped into herself, and stopped moving.

But she was awake. And she was glad he'd done it. At least now, she didn't feel so bad about breaking the rules.

After a few minutes of silence, the mound of Freya finally let out a weak little chuckle. "Okays, big boil. Yeh gots me. I guess I'm just a failures, after all."

She continued to lay there, unmoving, despite the words.

Was that use of fear intentional, or had Jericho just lost it? It was hard to tell. Grumbling, he stared at Freya as she laid on the ground before pulling her up to her feet.

"No. You're just a pain in the jacking a**," he grumbled.

"We're done today. Put away your gloves and hit the lockers."

When Jericho helped her up, she was like jelly, but she was smiling. All in all, she considered the day a rousing success, and she had the bruises to prove it. She leaned on him heavily until he gave her an order, and then she saluted and pushed off. She ripped her gloves off of her hands, threw them into the closet, and walked right into a locker.

Hitting it.

With her face.

She slowly slid down the locker, to the floor, and laid there for a bit.

"This is what you get for not knowing your ******** limits. In a spar. You aren't fighting for your ******** life against us," grumbled Jericho as he put his gloves away. For the love of Jack, even Calder hadn't given him this much trouble. Her sister Hel was a ton more cooperative as well.

"Okays boss, good talk."

The mound of flesh on the floor mumbled.

Jericho took a few moments to stare at Freya as she stayed on the ground. Letting out another smoky huff before hauling her over his shoulder, muttering things before dropping her off in the locker room.
