Elizabeth put on her best smile and shook his hand gently. His hand was huge compared to hers but it didnt really bother her. "Twas a joke anyway. I wouldnt expect you to go into a business deal before knowing who your dealing with anyway. You can call on me for jobs in the future. Dont consider it a debt though. Elizabeth walked into a bar. No its not a joke, she walked in and sat down on her usual stool in the bar. She nodded to the girls, some of which knew her; some more than others. Giman had treated her pretty good compared to otogakure. She put the contract slip on the table and tapped it. "Need some information on this guy and to ask Tiago if any of the other groups in the city are at odds with him. Everyone should be playing nice here. This guy though. Does anyone have a picture or a description of him?" She asked tapping the contract three more times. She would then wait politely for the bartender to respond.

The bartender nodded at the simple information request, his mustache wiggling back and forth to indicate an agreeable transaction. After finishing with drying off a high baller glass, he turned it upside down on a nearby shelf before ducking through the doors to the rear of the establishment. When he returned, he slipped a note on to the counter.

She would set off for the casino shortly after, taking a brief moment to admire some of her favorite girls around. Ok, maybe more than a brief moment; as she waited through an entire dance before she would get up and head out. She gave the bouncer a hug on her way out the door.

Elizabeth walked back into the bar and sat down in a private booth, calling over one of her favorite girls to keep her company. She would collect on her bounty and keep the body for later use. The body would be sealed inside the scroll with a load of ice to keep it fresh and slow down its decay. She waited here for the time being, planning her next move. She smiled and gave the woman a hug and chatted her up, even tipping her for her time. They seemed almost like besties. Her eyes however were looking about the room for various things. She nodded to the bartender and gave him a smile. No trouble from her.
Entering the club, Kalsypher pulled the hood off as he stepped through the door. His hair, stringy and clumped but partly tied back, fell over his shoulders and he blinked blearily at the surroundings. It had been...a few weeks since he'd been around this many people and his smell was very potent. Old blood, dirt and a distinct smell of unwashed body made an easy path for him to walk through, his attention moving from one person to another. Despite his smell and obvious lack of general cleanliness, his features were alert and focused, falling on one person in particular. There was nothing particularly amazing about her or interesting. She was chatting up a woman for a few minutes... He stopped and tilted his head, his filthy attire lending his movements a very unfriendly air Large Tiago indicated that coming here would be safer to further my attempts at information. only a little shorter than the large Tiago, who had somehow managed to disappear somewhere in the club, he stared easily at the girl over everyone's head. Wondering, for a moment, if she could give him information. Meanwhile, his standing there had attracted the unwelcome attention of a bouncer, another bartender, three large but not tall men and a few pick pockets who thought he might have something of worth under all that dirt and old blood. One made a daring attempt, sidling up beside Kalsypher and slipping his hand into the nearest pocket of Kalsypher's jacket. A second later, he let out a cry and withdrew a broken wrist and three broken fingers. Kalsypher didn't break his concentration from the girl with the blue-ish hair and the green jacket.

Elizabeth's eyes locked onto the mans body as the taller person broke his wrist. The man had apparently tried to steal from the larger person from the sight of it. Pick pocket or not that was bad for business and she would have to deal with it. She looked over at the girl and slipped her a sizable sum of ryo. "Take the night off hunny...just in case. Use the safe routes." She said as she slipped from the chair and moved over to the larger person. It was obvious that he was staring at her after the mans cry and her thoughts briefly wandered through the possibility of a soldier to hunt her down from the uhv. She kept that possibility in mind as the girls moved for her to walk straight through. She stopped about 10 feet from him as the music dulled just slightly. "I get it...Someone tries to steal something they shouldnt get away with it. But this is a business built around entertainment. Im going to have to ask you to stop scaring the girls." She said calmly with her arms crossed.
Kalsypher smiled breezily as the girl made her way forward, noting how the crowd parted in front of her. The pick pocket was still cradling his wrist but had been, for intents and purposes, discarded from Kalsypher's attention. He tilted his head at the girl as she spoke to him, his expression turning slightly perplexed "Hardly. If one is going to steal, one should do it competently. And should know who and who not to steal from." he raised his left hand and tapped a slim leather wallet against his chin. The pick pocket's wallet, actually, and the pick pocket let out a small whimper at the sight of it before quickly vanishing into the crowd. His fingers were odd, the skin clean and pale from the second knuckle up but still a dark filthy brown below that, standing out against the leather. Smiling at the girl, Kalsypher considered her stature and what he could gleam of her abilities. Moderate chakra pool for her age appearance, clearly of some repute about this area. Perhaps Tiago had been helpful in stopping his actions in the tunnel after all "My intentions were to attract attention, not cause distress." he turned slightly and gave a little dip of his head, an apology of sorts, to the 'girls' she had mentioned "I am looking for information." he said, stepping forward to close the gap between them slightly. He looked like a harmless, rather odd, homeless man with his dirty clothes and filthy skin and hair. But when he moved closer, there was no sound of his bare feet on the floor. His hands didn't move nor his expression, nothing moved except that when he stepped forward he was suddenly 5feet closer to her than before "I don't wish to create or cause anymore harm or property damage than I already have, provided I can speak to someone who has what I need. The large man, a Mr. Tiago, indicated that it would be best if I came here in my queries." he smiled again but it was just a movement of muscles. No emotion behind it "In exchange for not scaring anyone else, can I use you as a means of acquiring the information I need or to further point me in the right direction if you are unable to?" he spread his arms slightly, still holding the wallet, a mild expression creasing his brow "I am unarmed, if that is a concern. Other than my body odor at the moment, I will cause no distress to you or any of yours. All I want is information."

Elizabeth held her hand up in the universal gesture for stop when he got to roughly 5 feet away. "Thats close enough if you dont mind. You can use my shower in the room over there if you need. I can speak with you about any issue you may be having. Seems we have a mutual friend." She said taking a step back herself and putting her arm back down. "What kind of information is it that you are looking for?" She asked in a curious manner.
Smiling at her motion and her firm belief that such an action could do any good, Kalsypher did actually stop. Her mention of a shower was equally amusing and he gave her a bow of thanks, tilting his head forward just enough to cause his hair to fall down across his features "I will certainly avail myself of such an offer but..." , turning slightly to the room she had indicated, he noted the door that would lead to cleanliness That will be a welcome change. He paused, though, as she asked about the information he was seeking "I would prefer a more private setting for that discussion. Perhaps you will join me through that room." Kalsypher turned his head back, looking closely at her "I have given you no reason to trust me. I know this but I do not wish to draw more attention to myself than I have already...for it will certainly come to violence if I'm found before I've gotten what I need. And the information I seek is of a private matter." Kalsypher wondered what he could give her to provide her reason to trust that he wouldn't just try to kill her. Not that he intended to do that...she had agreed to give him what information she could and that is what he wanted. Tilting his head slightly, he pondered the issue and then decided perhaps his name would suffice "My name is Kalsypher Jaeger." he gave her another slight bow "I am most recently come from Kirigakure. I am, while a little short on my mind right now, an honorable person. Please..." Kalsypher motioned with the hand holding the wallet, indicating she should lead the way to the room with the shower "So long as I am to receive information from you, I will not harm or cause to be harmed anyone in this establishment. Will this suffice for a right to a private conversation?" He was making a lot of assumptions here. Assuming she would speak to him, assuming this wasn't a trap. assuming she would actually have the information he needed. But. She hadn't attacked him despite his actions. And she truly did appear to be offering him her shower. That in itself was a special kind of goodwill towards strangers.

Elizabeth seemed to think on it for a moment then opened her door to show the nin inside. She would shut the door behind them and close the deadbolt to give them some privacy as she sat down at her workbench and was fiddling with some odd looking device. The device had three legs and a single tubelike section that went to a crystal that was pulsing red on occasion. "What information do you need? Ill expect you to give me something for this in the end but youll be able to verify that it is what your after and use your information first anyway." She said holding her hand on top of the crystal and pressing it down into the device with a solid click."My price is very simple. I will need a jar of blood from a person in the hospital of Saraswati. Anyone with a high fever that has a confirmed issue with the chakra virus will do. And dont worry im not about to start an epidemic..." She said still fiddling with the device but never lifting her hand from that crystal. She finally lifted her finger off the device and an invisible aura expanded throughout the club; blanketing it in enough chakra to completely obscure sensory techniques. She immediately turned off the device and squeezed the center of it, a button depressing visibly under plates of reinforcement. She turned with this held in her lap. "Ok, you can talk now." She said while on her stool. If at any point she stopped exerting just the right amount of pressure..you could pretty much bet that no plans would continue as they were.
Turning slightly to watch her close the door and bolt it, Kalsypher glanced around the room. He didn't immediately answer her question again, watching her handle the item in her hands. He felt the chakra go out and it made his head feel stuffed up when she finally did something to the device "..." so. He leaned on the wall, his hands resting beside his hips as he thought how best to deal with this "I'm looking for information on the village of Otogakure, the group calling itself the UHV and, if possible, someone who can direct or take me to Otogakure." he said plainly, his tone like he was asking where to find a good restaurant. Kalsypher pushed his hair off his face slightly, pulling a piece behind his ear "Seeing that device you're fiddling with, I think you are exactly what I came here for." he rotated his wrist, cracking the bone before sliding down to sit on the floor, feet out in front of him. He smiled brightly at her, no emotion behind it "As for your price, would I be stealing this jar of blood? Or buying?" he settled his hands in his laps, waiting for her reply "Also, it is polite to give someone a name when they have given theirs."
