Rajin could the blood circulating quickly and tightening. Why did he have to be such a closet pervert? Just a bit more from Krynn and he was going to blow. The ifrit's head was already cocked back. His nostrils inadvertently aiming for the chains. Then it came. Krynn delivered the coup de grace, breathing on Rajin's neck. The hot sensual breathe set him, letting out a gusher of magma hot flaming blood at the chains. Rajin exclaimed as the flames burst forth from his nose. The flames were liquidy and hot as they stuck to chains. Slowly but surely, the chains gave way, melting to nothing. Soon, the chains snapped, releasing both Rajin and Krynn. But just as the chain held them, it let go, allowing the weakened ifrit to fall backwards. Mind you, the two student were still shackled together in the strange fourway manacles. Rajin was breathing heavily, his vision somewhat blurry. "I..hate..when that happens.." was all the ifrit could muster before closing his eyes. He didn't fall unconscious. In his time at the school, Rajin had built a resistance to the unfortunate case of freak nosebleeds. He simply closed his eyes and kept breathing heavily.

Krynn yelped when the flames let loose. Rajin was smart enough to aim away from the snake, but her shoulder still met with flame. With the weakened ifrit falling to the ground, and the lamia being still wrapped about him, falling down left her straddling him. Krynn sat up as much as she could, wincing at the feeling of her burnt shoulder. She took a deep breath, rolling her body to the side as much as she could. With the chains broken, the magic was weakened. Her enhanced stretch came into play. Her hands tightened into fists and she pulled as hard as she could. The metal had been heated just enough. She made a very soft noise as she pulled the piece apart. Breathing quickly, but softly, the snake started rubbing her wrists. "When you are well enough to speak, make sure not to talk of this." Sluggishly, the girl stood. She looked down at herself. Filthy, covered in marks. Half-nude. Despite that, the girl kept a chin up. "Have you ever.. ridden a snake?" The question itself made the girl cringe. It would be the fastest way out, with the ifrit unable to fight if needed.

Rajin only opened his eyes when Krynn asked if he had ever ridden a snake before. They darted at her suspiciously. Why was it that her words sounded so sexual? "No. Why do you ask?" Rajin said sitting up with some effort. "Do you plan on going into your other form and having me ride..snake back?" Rajin was slowly regaining his strength. He looked Krynn up and down. She absolutely dirty, and half nude. One thing the ifrit noticed was that her legs a really nasty gash on it. "You gonna make it..with that on you?" The ifrit asked pointing to the gash. Rajin wasn't sure if when Krynn transformed, she would still have the wound on her. If she did, it may do more harm than help.

The suspicious look gave the snake shivers. When he sat up, he guessed her intentions. The ifrit was dirty as well, but dirt hadn't caked its way into any open wounds on him. In fact, the ifrit didn't seem really damaged at all. When he spoke again, and pointed to her gash, the snake looked back down again. It was as if seeing it made her more aware of it. Despite that, Krynn took in a breath. "I might be able to. Look, it's probably the fastest way," Her fingers seemed to flutter over the wound. Nothing happened, but the girl was trying to subtly brushed dirt out. Her eyes stung, but just as before, the girl refused to let anything out. Her transformation was gradual and subtle. It was much harder to change when her energy was so low.

Rajin shifted his shoulders, closing eyes briefly to look around their cell. The metal cuffs around his wrist were still attached to the ifrit, but with Krynn free of her restraints already, it made it easier for him to escape. Even though Rajin was barely at fifty percent of his full strength, granted his true maximum was still locked away due to the magic bracelets, he was able to break free. The ifrit grunted as he stretched, trying to break free of the manacles. Soon the manacles gave way and broke into pieces. Despite everything he and the lamia had been through, Rajin was beginning to see a few similarities between them. They both were quite stubborn, not wanting to show any kind of weakness to the other and both seem share a mutual dislike. But right now, it seemed like the two were setting their differences aside. Rajin watched as Krynn transformed, this time, much more slowly. The two of them needed to replenish their strength if they ever wanted to get out. Rajin stood up and walked to barred door that stood in their way. With the last of his strength, the ifrit kicked the steel door off its hinges. With that, the ifrit fell to knees, breathing heavily. "Ok...let's go.."

When she changed, the girl faced away from the ifrit. To save the shirt, she removed it and then once finished, she replaced it. The lamia slithered out of dead skin, but much more fully this time. Her torso was fresh, still wounded, but fresh. The immediate areas of her wounds were still caked in filth, and if one looked at the shedding, there were holes where all the wounds were. She was much quicker with a tail, and as she watched Rajin, she realized that they really could do this. Perhaps the snake would truly make it out. Krynn stayed close to the ground, positioning herself underneath him before lifting up. She pulled his arms to where they rested on her unscathed shoulder. The lamia winced from the pressure it caused, but she moved swiftly. She looked from side to side before darting off in the direction she remembered they had come from.

Rajin, while too weak to complain to complain, felt weird on top of Krynn scaley self, especially her shoulder. To the ifrit, it would wise to find somewhere to hide and rest for a bit. Even better if Rajin could find some disinfectant for Krynn's wounds. As the two "slithered" down a long and dark hall, Rajin could hear something coming from the left of a of a cross road. "Go that way." Rajin whispered to Krynn. He knew it sounded crazy since two really shouldn't be getting into any fights. "If it's grunts we stands more than a chance at beating them to a pulp. Follow what I say and we can do it." Rajin then went quiet. He needed to regain his strength. Finding some food or something drink would definitely help.

If they hid, they would be caught. If they rested, they would be caught. The only thought's in the lamia's mind were of escape. She was quick and held onto Rajin the best she could. She was gradually slowing by the time the ifrit whispered to her. Krynn followed his advice, trying to pick up her pace. The gash from her leg was, indeed, slowing her down. She could feel it pull with almost every movement. Both of them needed something.. and soon. Her heartbeat pounded in her ears. She wasn't much for helpful conversation right now. Rajin was the one they would fear if not captive.

(I just remembered this. I'll bet Nicole would be furious if she found out what Krynn did to Rajin...on purpose. This is also starting to feel like an RPG.)

The closer they got, the slower they proceeded. That was fine for Rajin. Slower meant less noise. As they traveled further down the hall, Rajin heard talking. Two voices. The voices sounded familiar. Rajin leaned in and whispered to Krynn to stop, before carefully climbing down to take a peek. While the ifrit was low on his strength, he still had his cunning. The boy peeked out and saw two thugs, chatting with each other. They were presumably the ones who put both Krynn and Rajin in their cell. Now that the ifrit was looking at them, they didn't seem like the typical grunts. They both had muscle on them and both hadn't doing anything. They were much more ready for a fight than Rajin and Krynn combined. but thanks to Rajin's guile, he was able to form a plan that could take the one or both of the grunts quietly. The ifrit turned back to the lamia, who even in the darkness didn't look so good. He motioned for her to her head closer so that could whisper into her ear. "Ok. There's two of them. I'm going to them over. When they get close enough, I need you to slam them in the windpipe. They'll go down and won't make too much noise. Got it?" Rajin waited for the lamia to answer before going through with his plan

( Perhaps! If this were the other one, of course, haha. )

Krynn listened to everything the ifrit said. When he said to stop, the lamia came to a quick and quiet stop. When he climbed down and scouted, the girl became a bit curious. She suspected, when he spoke, that the grunts were too much for them. With his plans, her suspicions became confirmed. When she spoke, it was unintentionally soft and airy, a cool whisper in Rajin's ear, "Got it," It was all that was needed. She could use her tail, and she felt that in itself would be the more powerful of her body parts. Her main arm was damaged at the shoulder. What a sight the girl was. Filthy wounds, grimy hair. Covered in markings that were no longer covered by make up.. including two small swirls on her cheek. She stood ready, the end of her tail climbing upward.

Rajin locked eye with lamia who whispered into his in ear. The ifrit was put off for only a moment by the softness of her voice. Yes, both of their lives were on the line, but didn't she kind of hate his guts? Rajin put the thought out of his mind.It was simply a spur of the moment thing. There was no one in hell someone like Krynn was becoming attracted to him. Rajin returned his attention to his plan at hand, luring the grunts. If the ifrit's assumption about them was correct, they should be just dumb muscle with one order: Be on the lookout any escaped prisoners. This thought brought something to the ifrit's mind. What if there were others? He'd have to think about it after he and Krynn took out the guards. Peeking around the corner once more, Rajin made sure the two were still being nothing but dumb meat, as they were. The ifrit took a few deep breathes before creating some audible noise with foot. The noise should have been sufficient enough for the thugs to hear from their distance. Rajin backed out of the way for Krynn so that she could accurately attack when ready.

The noise was in fact loud enough to get the guards' attention. "What was that?" One asked the other. "I don't know." The other replied. "Last time you heard noise come down from that, it turned out to be a rat." The replying thug had just lit a cigarette and inhaled deeply. "Yeah well, rats not don't make that kind of noise." [/b ]The smoking thug groaned. "Alright alright. Let's go check it out. But if it's another rat, or your damn imagination, I'm gonna bury my cig in your face." The two then began draw close to the corner where both Krynn and Rajin were hiding behind.

The softness in itself had been accidental. When the lamia locked eyes with Rajin, there was a sharpness in her eyes that suggested he was right: she did kind of hate his guts. She watched as he seemed to push aside anything besides the plan. Good, best not to dwell on softness that was not meant to show. Krynn waited and listened to the shuffling noises he made. She listened as they argued and walked closer. Once they drew close enough, she turned rather quickly. Her tail slammed into one's throat harshly, and last minute she swung around, fist hitting at the other's throat. When finished, the lamia groaned softly, touching a hand to the burn tenderly. She looked to Rajin. He was the one getting them through, after all.

Rajin watched as his plan was executed with near perfection. Krynn had performed quite well, even under this much pressure. The two guard in front them were wheezing and gasping for air. Rajin took this opportunity to choke the both of them until they went unconscious. The two blacked out, the ifrit laid the out on the ground. He turned back to Krynn with gave a her stern look, before giving the lamia a thumbs up. She had done good. The ifrit started searching the two unconscious guards' bodies for anything they could possibly use. On one the who had been smoking, Rajin found a simple butane lighter and a flask full of strong smelling liquid. The ifrit guessed it was some kind liquor. This then gave Rajin an idea. He turned to look at Krynn. She was still very weak looking, despite the feats she just performed. "Can you change back to your human form?" Rajin asked. The ifrit wasn't much of a doctor, but his training in Kalari and his parents' work did teach him a few things about medicine.

"I.. might pass out." In fact, Krynn was already very lightheaded. The feeling hit her hardest now, after using so much strength. She rested back on her tail, holding her head. The dizzy lamia put a hand to her head, closing her eyes. When she spoke again, her accent was peaking in and out. "But.. I can't keep going on this tail. My human form is much.. lighter. Can you change into your monster form, is it stronger?" When she finished speaking, she looked up at Rajin. She made sure to be quiet, but also to keep the softness from before out of her voice. She didn't want any questions when they were done. None of this changed anything.

Rajin groaned. How he would love to transform into his ultimate form. He could burn this whole place to ash in his true form. Hearing Krynn's voice put a bit of anxiety on the ifrit's shoulders. She was on the verge of passing out. If she could do something to restore her strength. "I can't transform due to these things." The ifrit said solemnly. "However, I have a way of regaining for strength. If I have to carry you, I will." Rajin's tone was serious. He was putting aside all past grudges and quarrels the two they have had. The ifrit was only focused on surviving. This was all that mattered. "I can absorb fire and gain strength." The ifrit said holding up the small butane lighter. "I don't know what would restore a lamia's strength though."
