Anemone wanted to thank the lass for her dilligent care of the royal hounds, but didn't really get much of a chance to before she was off again. Nicole didn't seem to keep humanoid company nearly as often, though. She didn't seem particularly fond of Indra, nor was she a royal, so Anemone occasionally wondered how exactly she came to be one of the king's many wives. She felt it would be rude to ask such a thing, though, so it would probably always remain a mystery to the first wife.

For the moment she remained quiet, simply letting the other women greet Seraphina while she searched her vanity drawers for a hairpin that would both compliment her fanciful garb and actually keep her long ebony hair out of her face. Before long, Eureka the Den Mother came along to clear the girls out, probably having been woken up early by all the chatter. It made her feel a little guilty, but how could she help it when they had a newcomer to attend to? It didn't matter much now, though, because she was awake now and just gave the order for the others to (finally) head to the banquet hall. While the others would eat, Anemone figured she might as well take advantage of the quiet and get some reading done within the royal library.

Ryuunosuke turned to lead the new wife to the banquet hall. Once inside, the many aroma of fruits, and meat filled the air. The gentleness of smell was a pleasant one. Ryuu lead the lady to a vacant seat. Ryuunosuke knew most of the wives here were fond of him, simply because he attended to them. Some would say he was grumpy, or emotionless. But secret he was prisoner, set to live the life of a slave. Surprisingly, no one in the harem asked about his crimson eyes, or his nationality. Many probably thought it was uncommon to make small talk with a slave. Not many would know that he was once a prince of the Drakonid. the race of hybrid human dragons.
Once all the ladies were seated he began to pour today's rose tea. Pouring carefully so as not to spill even a drop, or touch any woman. Ryuunosuke, didn't really like woman, since he had to attend to them all the time. He learned to pick up their moods, and tempers, but ultimately there presence was a hindrence. "I hope you all enjoy your breakfast. If you need anything don't hesitate to call for me. I'll take my leave now." Ryuu left the hall with the air about him that didn't fit a servant, but someone of high status. Ryuu finally went to check on the King.

Standing before the big gates, she glanced behind her. At the forest's edge, eyes gleamed within the shadows, watching and waiting until she was safely within. With a sigh, she stepped forward to meet the king's guard that waited to escort her inside of her new home. As she stepped through the gates, she glanced back once more and watched as the last of her people she would probably ever see faded back into the shadows. The gates shut behind her and she turned to face her fate.

Keme followed the guard, quietly, her white tunic type dress brushing lightly against her thighs where it met the top of her boots which made not a sound on the palace floors as she stepped inside. Seeing as the king was apparently busy, the guard escorted her to a woman, apparently known as The Queen. "Sorry to bother you, my lady, apparently we have another new.. unexpected arrival," the guard bowed to the woman, Anemone. Keme's tail swished softly as she studied the woman in front of her, wondering what her life would now be like. Married to a man whose face she had never even seen, much less met, and surrounded by women who knew much more than she. It appeared the king had forgotten to notify anyone of her existence or arrival, perhaps because the deal had been made quickly and secretly.

"Another new sister? My, my! Today just keeps getting better and better. Thank you for bringing her to me." Anemone commented with a light chuckle, somehow entirely unsurprised by the development. She offered the guard a small nod, dismissing him. After that she turned her attention back to the new bride, offering her a warm smile and a light curtsey. "I am Indra's first wife, Anemone, and it's a pleasure to meet you. Please tell me, what is your name?"

"I am Keme.. a werecat of the mountains," she replied, a bit hesitant. Her voice had a feline like quality to it, almost a purr, but she was obviously young. "Do you happen to know when I shall meet the king? I'm afraid I do not know whatsoever the man I have apparently been married to." She hoped she was not being too presumptuous, unused to the manners of royal society. The society of the werecats was much more basic and less frivolous than that of others. She did not want to anger the Queen or any of the other wives. She merely wished to live in peace and make the best of her new life..

"Again, it's a pleasure to meet you, sister Keme." Anemone's smile widened somewhat. "I'm afraid I don't know when he'll have the time for it. As unfortunate as it is, Indra's a very busy man. I'm sorry I cannot give you a more useful answer than that." she apologized, her smile fading temporarilly. "I can lead you to the banquet hall if you're hungry. Or I can offer you a tour of this wing of the castle if you're not."

The room was dark, much to his great liking, for the light on such mornings proved to be too strong. The curtains that heavily covered the big and bright windows were drawn up, as if they had not been touched for decades. The room itself was a large space, too much for any one person, and filled with incense smoke. One may believe that there was more smoke than air, and that once you entered the king's room, you'll smell like incense for the rest of the day. Many could often take a very accurate guess at who entered his room that day just by the scent. It often gotten to the point were even the own king's sense of smell was dulled because he lived in this room.

He was not asleep. While many believed that he was a lazy man, he actually did a lot more when people did not see it. Even now, he was away at his desk in the corner early in the morning until a knock came to his doors. He lifted his head, glowing eyes in the dark as he gazed upon the doors. He then presumed to climb back into bed and pretend to be asleep.

The maid opened the door quietly and slowly, a crack of light entering the room as she did. "Your majesty, Indrallious. It is about time you rise for the day. Two of your newest consorts have arrived unexpectedly early, my lord." The maid announced in a quieter voice. Ryuunosuke appeared behind her and she bowed her head and curtsied before leaving. Ryuunosuke had a higher power over most of the servants; the servant system was a bit hierarchal.

As soon as the maid left, Indrallious sat up wide awake, his young self a little in contrast compared to the musty room. Ryuunosuke probably already knew the king wasn't asleep, so why pretend? Indrallious climbed out of his bed, a small smirk on his lips as he unbuttoned the top button of his shirt. "Ryuu! Glad to see you this fine morning, as is every morning," he murmured. He pulled off his shirt, tossing it to the floor.

Ryuunosuke did not speak in front of the maid, but once she left. Ryuu waited for the click of the door before taking a seat to the king. He lowered his head and shot the king a glare throught his teal hair. "Why must you pretend to be asleep for the maids? Or do you simply find it thrilling to provoke the maids with you bedding look. No wonder you have a harem." Ryuunosuke used no honorific, but simply got on the king like annoyed friend. Ryuunosuke was close to the king, despite him being a servant. The King was the only one who knew of prince title, but still yet to release him from slave life. The reason was unknown to him, so Ryuu paid no attention King's action. He simply picked up the shirt the king threw on the floor and draped it over his arm. "The Queen is greeting the new brides, as we speak and most of them are in the banquet hall for their breakfast. Should I acquire a proper dress attire for you to wear?"

"A tour would be nice, if it's no imposition..," Keme glanced around, admiring the fancy room. The palace was decorated nicely, but she hoped her room would be more simple.. more forest like. She was already missing her mountain home. The curious part of her delighted in the new experiences, but to be completely honest she was rather nervous and a bit afraid. What if the king hated her? She could not return to her people, a disgrace. She knew the marriage was an alliance, if her people were ever to fall under any danger, the king had pledged to defend them. And vice versa. If she were to be the cause of such a contract failing.. well, she didn't know what she would do. Besides, she knew the young werecat males found her attractive, although intimidating.. but what would an outsider male think? What if she was deemed ugly or lacking... so many thoughts buzzed through her head. She wanted to take leopard form, find some small, dark, and cozy place to hide.. but she knew she could not.

Serrenedy smiled at the newest woman. "Good morning Moon pretty!" She chirped. A loud growl from her stomach hushed her conversations. When Grumpy pretty came back, she had to concede to him that food was probably a good idea. She curtsied to Queen pretty and glided away and into the banquet hall where she noticed two others sitting. "Good morning Puppy pretty. Good morning Moody pretty, how are both of you today?" She plopped down into a chair and helped herself to a wide assortment of fruit.

Just another Mistress ♥

As the tea was finally being poured about the table for many others, she was struggling to be patient and with held a lot of herself. She held a grip at the table between her thighs and only relaxed a little as her tea was being poured, she herself one of the few that wasn't very weary of Ryuu's presence so often though when she did pay mind through conversation there was an air about him that always had a question in the back of her head. At this time though, as the tea was poured and he moved on, she went to sniff the Rose Tea and held her tongue out in a 'bleck' almost silly like manner. It was herbal, not one of her favorites, but she actually gave it a taste. She could sort of bare it, if she really needed a drink, but ended up pushing her cup to a woman near her "You can have mine.." she muttered, and gazed about the decor until she heard her nick name among many others. She responded "Don't call me that." in a minor grunt before reaching for a green apple as she watched her come in. "So do we have to all wait here since there's new ones?" she asked Serrenedy, guessing she was more caught up on the news than her.

Indrallious grinned, looking at Ryuunosuke. He had no qualms about being addressed so casually. After all, Ryuu had known him longer than some of his wives did. He sighed, cracking his fingers and stretched, his violet eyes striking against his flawless skin and golden hair. "I can't help myself, Ryuu," he murmured cutely. Of course, Indrallious wouldn't say exactly why he pretended to be such an airhead or as lazy, like he did. Pretending to be asleep and being flirty were just things to cover for what he was actually doing. He went to his desk, sure Ryuu hadn't seen the papers on them yet, and put them in a drawer, locking them with a small key. Yes, no one needed to know what Indrallious did in his free time and he'd like to keep it that way.

In a cheeky manner, he sat on the bed and watched Ryuunosuke pick up his shirt from the floor. "Yes, yes, clothes are in order. A nice color please?" He ran a hand through his hair and sighed again. He had to meet his two new wives today and then write some important letters. There were grievances and appeals to be heard as well. Though being a king could be full of frivolous fun, he also had to take in account the fact that everywhere he went, there would be some sort of government with him and his people who would be affected by it. Alas, he dismissed such worries with a blink of an eye, watching Ryuu look for fitting attire.
"What about yourself, Ryuu? Do you always have a scowl on that face when you tend to my wives? Is that how so many find you attractive?" He gave a smirk, obviously joking.

Ryuu finally found a suit, perfect for the king. A white suit with a powder blue dress shirt, accommodate by a light pink neck tie would accents the kings features. Ryuu laid the suit out on the bed and went to the King. Pulling the shirt over the King's perfectly proportion physique body, and tying the pink tie for him. He left the pants for the King to put on himself, and handed him a black belt. Waiting for the King to be dress, he opened up the suit jacket, for the king to place his arms through. He looked absolutely stunning. Ryuu, however didn't avoid the King's question, but simply waited til his task was done."I don't see what my facial expression have anything to with my work. I want nothing to do with the women of the harem. I dislike women, and no I'm not saying I fancy males either. I simply choose to show no emotion. If they fine me appealing in an emotional sense, then you can tend to them. Some probably are only curious to what race I am. Only few know, what exactly I am. Those were the previous king and of course yourself. " Stepping in front of the mirror, he pointed for the King to look at his attire for the day. Sure that he picked a suitable color. "Shall we head to the banquet hall to meet your new wives?" Ryuu emphasize the wives part and then gave a sly grin to the King. Ryuu then began to think why had so many wives, and how he had not yet seen any with child. Ryuu put his hand to head to shake the thought of little ones being around. He could imagine the chaos and noise they would produce. Also the amount of work he would have to do, would more than likely double.
