Now there were two more people, one of them seemed to know Aten. The other was a seemingly shy girl with a great many plants... He was rather sure neither of them were completely human either.

Jitters was surprised by the sudden outburst from the injured girl. When he saw her draw that sword of hers, he automatically reached for his pocket where his knuckles lay. Luckily, it seemed that the girl was too injured to do any serious damage, she seemed to be in a great deal of pain. Aten seemed to be able to talk a bit of sense into the girl. Jitters watched silently as a different girl, this one surely a few years older seemed to manipulate plants to make a poultice of sorts and then treated the little blonde one.

The healer's methods were certainly unusual, but seeing as he had plucked out bullets from his brother's flesh using some moonshine and tweezers on more than one occasion and had heard of many more unusual methods of healing before, he wasn't to terribly weird-ed out. Simply impressed in his own quiet way.

When the healer took a bow, Jitters clapped for a moment. Then he tipped his hat at her, in a cool tone, one that did not betray any of his inner thoughts, actually it may have sounded like he wasn't impressed at all."You're quite skilled, it's lucky you came along when you did."
Jitters made eye contact with the healer, his unnerving yellow-green eyes unblinking "I'm Jitters, could you possibly indulge me with your name Miss...?"

She was rather attractive, a male would have to be blind to not notice this... And Jitters could smell the scent of green things coming from her, hopefully he wouldn't scare her off.

Zac just watched with Aten before he walked off. "Zac where are you going?" Aten called after him. ZAc said nothing as she just left. Aten made a face before turning back to snow and smiling. "wow thanks for the help lass" he said before looking at the girl on the ground. Hearing steps he looked to see Aten back with a blanket. "We should move her to a bed room" Zac said as she looked at Snow and nodded to her before looking at Jitters. It seemed this place was going to get busy now a days. Kneeling down he went to wrap the girl up in the blanket and pick her up.

Kya sat next to her body and watched as this woman healed her. Its tiring watching her body sleep while she moves without it. it happens everytime she sleeps. she is sort of a vampire, why should she need sleep anyway?

As the woman rose and walked away kya joined her body and opened her eyes. She doesn't feel any pain anymore. She then wobbled to her feet. "Thank you." She said to them all even though none of them were paying attention to her. "Sorry for causing trouble..." kya held her head in shame. She doesn't even know where she is.

Jitters returned her kind smile with a genuine one of his own, it may have been a bit to wide for some people's taste... He couldn't help that he smiled in such a manner. "Snow... What a pretty name." He looked on with interest as her plants shifted and interwove with each other to form a doppelganger of sorts and started to mimic their mistress. What a peculiar power, it seemed as if the plants themselves were sentient. His face returned to it's previous blank state

Jitter's refocused on the little blonde girl who was now apologizing for causing trouble. "I'm not sure why you're apologizing, you were injured after all." He was going to continue, but a screeching seagull swooped in and made the fatal mistake of coming within an arm's reach of Jitters. He snatched the creature out of the air, and broke it's frail neck with one hand, without a hint a qualm. His reflexes were indeed rather snakelike... A few dark drops of blood dripped from the now still bird's beak, and Jitters frowned slightly as a few got on his shoes. What a pain to clean. Jitters examined the bird, trying to gauge whether he should shift to his snake form and eat it, he was a tad peckish right now...But if he ate it, he'd have to wait for several hours so he could digest it fully before shifting back to his human form.... Decisions, decisions.

"You caused no trouble Miss" Zac said wrapping the Blanket he had got around her, "you should rest after what you been through." He led her to another chair to sit nd went and patted Snow on the shoulder for a good job. They could use more healers if she was up to it after they talked to every one.

Aten just smiled and was going to say something till he gave a little jump when a seagull. He stood there and blinked as he watched Jitters grab the bird and kill it. Aten was amazed at the speed the guy had but the look on Jitters face. "Buddy toss the bird out and go to the kitchen" he said smiling, "there have food better then that thing in there."

"As long as we warn the staff they won't freak" Zac said, "they are some what use to strange thing around here thanks to other things and being. We will still warn then and make sure your plants do not attack any one and everything will be fine for them." He would talk to the staff later after he made sure all were all right before he left. He all so would have to help find rooms for this new guest too. Going he found a servant and asked them to bring some drinks to the with some light snacks. The servant nodded and left before coming back with some water and fruit for every one to eat.

Kya sat in the chair. Everyone seemed so nice. she sat silently sipping on a glass of water. A little while later she finally said something. "Ms.Snow... How are did those plants do that?... heal me... and walk?..." she asked shyly. she's never been around so many people much less men with everything going well so she decided to talk to the woman to ease her nerves.

Kya smiled so bright with joy like she had never smiled before as Snow walked towards her and had a seat, but the more Snow talked about her companions the more her smile faded until there was nothing left but blankness. i mean why not? After everything that happened to her, how could she have friends .

wouldn't be human or vampire, look at what they've done to her. Not plants, she can't talk to plants or give them power.Not a bird, wouldn't want that mishap to happen all over again. Really who would want to be her friend, much less be able to get through such a big wall that she had put up.

Kya was so lost in her own thoughts she hadn't realised she had pour'n the entire glass of water she had been holding in her lap. Drenched with water she just stared blankly at Snow.

Maybe she should have laid on the beach and let the birds pick at her flesh until she was dead. it probably would have hurt so much less.

A tear ran down her cheek, And by that time she snapped out of it.She rose from her chair apologizing to Snow and ran off towards the kitchen

Jitters was slightly upset when the plant-being took the bird out of his hands. It was his bird! The flash of possessiveness was short lived; the more sensible part of his brain luckily soon took over. Jitters gratefully accepted a few pieces of fruit and began to neatly consume them.

While he was munching, and feeling slightly relieved he hadn't eaten the bird (their feathers always made him feel bloated), Jitters listened to Snow as she explained her plants to Kya. So she could hear the plants themselves? That was rather interesting indeed...

After he finished eating, he remained almost perfectly still, simply watching Snow talk with Kya. There was something about Kya that worried him... She somehow reminded him of one of his acquaintances, Dominic, who was one of the most solitary people he had ever encountered. But was her solitude self imposed, or orchestrated by someone else? Her eyes were becoming glassy, Kya seemed to be spacing out... To the point where she poured her cup of water into her lap. But that wasn't the only water spilled... A lone tear glinted on her face.

Something shifted in Jitter's eyes, he hated seeing girls of any age cry... Before he could take any immediate action though, the girl ran off.
Jitters sat for a moment, then quietly excused himself. "I'll go see if she's alright... It was good to meet all of you." Suitcase in hand, he set off to go find her.

Jitters had exited in the same general direction, but soon realized that he didn't know away around the castle yet... Nor did he have any idea of where she may have been headed. Actually, he was rather sure that she was running around a bit unsure where she was going as well... Hm. Quite the predicament. Jitters pushed his hat a bit further down to shadow his face, he wouldn't want to scare her once he did find her after all. He shivered as white scales rose in sporadic patches, his arm muscles becoming less defined, the whites of his eyes disappeared as they became those of a snake. The most important part though, was what couldn't be seen. Pit vipers have a sensory organ between their nostrils and their eyes that allowed them to sense heat, coupled with a shaped sense of "smell" (it was more like tasting the air really), he could easily track someone over short distances.

A forked tongue peeked out from between his lips. There were so many scents he didn't know, but only one smelled still faintly of bird and plants... Jitters was soon quickly walking in pursuit of the girl. ((Exit to kitchen))

Cedric stumbles into the front room, dragging the now unconscious bodies of Sin and HeirO.

He leans both of them against the wall and sits beside them too tired to go any further, he looks up and waves a little through a window he hopes someone can see him through.

Their burns and cuts and wounds are grievous, a long trail of blood leads from the beach to here, showing the trek he took carrying the two of them.

"Well boys, we may not have stopped them, but at least we scared them off...or gave them pause against following us. We need to play detective now instead of fighters and figure out what they want."
