I'm using the most current errata, so yes the updated stat boosts. Mul's and Revenants are allowed, though as a Revenant you might have a hard time interacting with people. The simple townsfolk wont understand what you are(which is for the better) but they will get a creepy vibe from you. It would be best for a Revenant character to cover themselves up and try to appear as whatever race they were when living.
I don't like to limit people's options, this is not a campaign set in any particular campaign setting. The only reason why Pixies and Changelings are disallowed is because I find them unbalanced or too exploitative.
That being said, certain races and classes (if they can tell what class you are) will be treated differently then others. I Like to be realistic here, these are simple, law abiding, honest farmers and ranchers If they know you've made a pact with a devil and throw hellfire from your fingertips, they are going to distrust you when compared a Paladin or cleric from a good aligned deity.

... also, reconsidering my weapon. A reach weapon, with the only two publicly stated classes being dedicated ranged characters, might not be in our best interest. A more damage-y two hander, or sword-n-board would be better.
I believe Plainsfox might make a warlord, but I'll see for certain when it's all said and done and how much melee'ing I'll need to do.
Also, I may swap one of my two ranged powers for a melee option as well.

That's cool, edits can be made to character sheets up until your first post in the campaign. After that you'll just need to discuss it with me.

I think people have a vastly different interpretation of rerolling than I do. Wouldn't rolling a second time automatically void your first set, if you commit to it?

Yeah..people aren't doing it right. You don't get to roll two sets and pick the better of the two. You roll once, If you don't like it you get to attempt a second roll. A that point your first roll is null and you have to use your second roll or go to point buy.
If I was being strict I'd make Moon use her second roll but since it was particularly awful I'll let her stick with her first roll. However, I'm going to go edit the front page some more to make this clear.
