Brenna eyed the imps that floated around them. She watched as the group of them attacked and missed the winged annoyances. Even her brother - trained and practice - was losing ground. Losing focus. Frustrated, she welled up the magics in her body, spreading it outward from her form in a wave. However, a wave is easily dodged when one goes up above or down beneath it. Imps, being quick and clever, dodged her attack easily.

Uru was swinging when he heard the screech. "BRENNA!" He cried as he lunged toward the hole that swallowed his sister whole. What was going on!? What was beneath the gym that he had gone to so many times before. Was this always beneath his feet? Was this place some sort of crazy gym obstacle that Red had put together and never used? Was it some sort of psychological torture place?
Because it was working.

Lock let out an exasperated noise as the room rumbled and filled with tiny imps. He didn't even know why he was still sometimes optimistic; this kind of thing always happened at Amityville.
He summoned Voodoo, who immediately began trouncing towards the gold piles. Shiny!
"Focus would you?" he snapped at the creature, and she frowned.
"Fine," the petulant familiar responded. Lock pulled some of her shadows into his hands to form darts. They fired and stuck a few of the imps to the ground; hopefully it would help some of the younger students to have an immobile target.
In the midst of the chaos he couldn't help but shoot Lutz and Brenley an I told you so look.

At some point she did realise that all she was doing was to stupidly wait for something to trigger in the room. And so it did.
She might have already guessed that the bountiful treasures were too good to be true, staring nonchalantly as she watched them disappear. The golden emblem in the center of the room revealed itself, much like the one in the red room of wrath did. The ghoul steeled her mind against any sort of hostile takeover, but it seemed as though the obstacle was not so psychological this time.
Armed with an icy dagger, she tore through the wing of the imp that swooped down at her, and the creature would retaliate no less angrily. It was hard to keep an eye on the member of the mafia with everything going on around.

Focus, she gathered her attention towards the imp that was lunging at her, striking it soundly with a swing of a club. It screeched and tore at her dress, earning another whack on its head.
The ghoul stopped for a moment to inspect the damage, grimacing at the tears on the fabric.
She'd have a hard time trying to explain this...

She'd best take the battle at a distance for now, she thought, forming an ice sculpture in the likeness of the imps in the room. A burst of aura emanated from the figure's eyes, animating it and sending it flying headlong into another imp. Meanwhile, the ghoul's attention was drawn back towards Kayu, ready to turn her offense towards the mafia should they threaten the rest of them in the room here. How was the other front doing? she wondered, glancing briefly back at the entrance to where they had last split off from Shun.

Mellow was glad he no longer needed to swim past the coins but he fell onto the ground and hurt his butt. In replacement for the treasure, a big thing emanated bright lights that he squinted to protect his eyes. He steadied himself through the sudden vibration and flipped a table in his mind.
What he saw in the middle of the room made his eyebrows knitted together, a strange woman ordered her bat familiar to sprinted towards the shiny golden object. The troublesome female resulted in another painful blaze of light and knocked them back.
Shortly, the room was filled with sound of explosions that impaled his ears. Jack it! The floor was too fragile against all the crashes. The demon, looking at the chaotic scene, simply wanted to go home and take a nap. However, an imp jumped in front of him and threatened to bomb him if he didn't take out all the coins he had.
Nope, Mellow refused to listen to all those nonsense.

Mellow is always unlucky, as he moved to dodge a bomb thrown towards his way, the ground shook vigorously. Holes formed here and there and the poor demon had to hop between the solid land while being chased by a greedy imp.
It was very annoying, barked at him for the treasure he hid. Nope, his coin was a souvenir for the dragon boil and he refused to hand it out. What he didn't realize was the coins that slipped into his pocket when he waded through.

Feeling he was heavier than usual and causing him almost caught by a bomb, his hands dug into the pocket and felt the coins. Even confused, he picked one out and threw it at the face of the imp when he was shouting at him angrily. Mellow didn't get the words he said well but it seemed to be about how dare Mellow made him run after him and the unreasonable accusation of the demon teasing their heights and short legs.
The demon calmly rolled his eyes at the imp, he never think of doing that and the imp was the one who chased him first. He gave no time to feel sympathy or give time for an unnecessary apology. They were the one who gave him trouble, not the other way round.

He just wanted to get out, a glare was shot at the imps for creating so many holes on the ground. What if the whole plain broke and they all fell to the abyss? He didn't want to think about it and missed Torsten and his bed. The corner of the mouth of Mellow twitched in an impatient manner and his arm sprang back shot out another coin in high speed as he landed on a safe position.
The coin flew like a bullet and hit the forehead of the imp. Under the impact, the imp's head was pushed backward and paused his action for a few seconds. The imp who moved his head back to normal looked much madder, swinging his short arms and legs while cursing the equine demon.
