Obei arrived from Kogarashi, the towering figure lumbering to her destination. The organization's information had uncovered a meeting between another branch of CORE operatives, each an important figure head. Obei arrived at the meeting place and would lie in wait for the festivities to begin. A tree wasn't much of a hiding spot but it did surround the environment, a camp fire ablaze with stone seats around it. Shortly after her arrival, the first person appeared, letting out a puff of smoke. The oni watched her prey before jumping from her perch and landing on top of him. A loud crack was heard and he was still below her feet.
Grabbing the fresh corpse and throwing it over her shoulder, Obei set him up in the tree on one of the larger trunks nicely while waiting for the next person. She paused and watched the fire flicker while her pale body was hidden among the leaves. The sound of footsteps drew closer as she waited. Whoever was coming was taking their sweet time...An older woman had come, who was surprised by Obei's shape jumped down from the tree.Taking the opportunity, Obei leaned back and threw a solid jab at her stomach, then grabbing her head as she recoiled and smashing it against the tree until movement stopped.
Another body to join the first, Obei secured to together before continuing on with her waiting. She pondered how along it would be until the next showed. It was somehow easier than she thought it would be but then again most of missions had been so. Her knees curled while the Oni took a rest and allowed her eyes to close for a moment. She missed the camp fires that awaited her at home and how she would fall asleep in the lap of her mother as they watched the flames dance together. Her mind was brought back to the present while she looked down at one man sitting on one of the stones. With a quick flick of her hand, the sake in her gourd came to her hand and formed into a long spear. The frozen weapon was thrown directly at the head of the operative sitting. He fell limp as Obei removed her weapon.
A sudden gasp. The Oni looked up to see another operative starting directly at her. They remained motionless, waiting for the other to make the first move. It wasn't long before Obei charged her with her weapon. The pointy end was swung at her face, which was dodged with a good amount of accuracy and timing of the operative. Unfortunately she didn't count on the overhead thrust from the figure and was hit in the mid back, piercing her heart. Obei collected her two newest additions, fumbling to hide them into the bushes.
Just as she finished, two more showed up bickering about something or other. There was some event going on at the gates of Arashigakure or something, most likely of Kogarashi doing. Ozbei dove into the bushes before they came. One noticed the blood mark on the tree from where she had made short work if the second. The other walked around as the Oni carefully crawled around the area to try and take him off guard. When near him, he soon turned around as a giant hand shot out of the bush and cover her mouth. Pulling him in, she forced his head around her thighs and squeezed and squeezed while her muffled out to his companion. Eventually they stopped and she let out a large sigh, wiping the sweat from her forehead.
The other operative in question had taken notice to the bush across from him shaking and what sounded like restraint. Scrambling to get a better angle of things, the Oni called on the sake in her gourd again, using a hand seal to freeze the liquid into a spike and then shoot it towards the incoming man. It hit him in the eye as he yelled and grabbed at it. Obei pulled it out and stabbed the man a couple of other times before he was finally silenced.
Just her luck. The remaining five escorting the head, an elderly man, had heard the scream as they stood just well out of the meeting area. Their position remained the same for a while, Obei just lying in wait overhead. All she would need was one brave soul to scout ahead. Then she could catch the rest. Her fingers raked across the face of the tree as she waited and waited. The group fought but would find one person heading towards her. She waited and prepared to leap at them, soon vaulting out of the tree and onto them, crushing their skull beneath her foot.
The remaining four would be stunned at her entrance, soon fleeing as she bounded after them. Huffing after every step, the Oni would keep her legs low to the ground and begin to charge towards the group. Once close, she grabbed the slacker of the ground and slammed him against the ground, picking him up and cracking his spine for good measure. He fell to the ground as the others had, the life drained from their bodies.
The trio of survivors stuck close together while the elderly one was picked up and placed in the hands of the strongest of the group. A sudden chill took the ground, a freezing cold blizzard hitting the immediate area. The Oni was charging at them, a fierce winter storm around the group that was sapping head from them fast. A woman drew a sword at her, Obei catching it mid swing and freezing it with her hand. The free hand picked up the woman and thrust the weapon inside of her for a couple of times before tossing her aside.
The final one of the group was fairly plain. Seeing his conrades fall before him must have been a horrifying experience. Obei approached as he pushed the woman to flee but she would instead summon a fierce storm of katon chakra and blow it in the one's face. It didn't hurt or burn as much as she would have hoped but still was an annoyance. She gruffed and wiped the smoke from her eyes, noticing one less person as the elder would stand before her. Letting out a roar, she raised her hands above the woman before bringing them down on top of the old hag.
The other one was around her somewhere. She didn't doubt that he had gotten a head start on her. Taking off after him, she watched the treetops for any signs of activity or notice. It wasn't long until she caught wind of a peculiar looking shape of figure rushing across the branches there. Obei took two long strides before pushing off from the ground and towards the tree tops. Catching him by surprise, she grabbed at his hand and threw him back down to the ground. From there, she would press his head in between her two gauntlets, applying more pressure until his screaming had stopped. That was all eleven. Obei took a pause to rest and clean off her weapon before heading back to base [Assassination x11 Completed! l Rank-S]

__ Zhi's cloak fluttered around her as she flew with the passengers on her crystal platform shortly behind. Her mask hid her face which was plagued with discontent. 'Oh man, oh man... I've gone and done it. Like... what the heck was that? I just wanted a few trees to dig them out of there. What was all the rest of that!?' She was quiet and quite to herself as they all flew through the Land of Floods toward the Land of Eddies. Despite that, she was trembling to the depths of herself. Zhi knew she had seriously messed up this time. Maybe she should have just helped that slimy but gentlemanly guy after all? She seriously didn't think her powers would get that far out of hand. 'Papa... I hurt a lot of people with these powers you gave me to save everyone. What should I do!?' Zhi's imagination was starting to mix into quickly growing paranoia into a strong brew of doubt. She stopped Masato's attack on Arashi only to do enough damage herself that a war was practically inevitable. She killed all those people, and even more probably if that big tower building ended up falling too! 'That was the Arashikage's office, wasn't it? Oh jeeze...!! The Uzukage will have my head for this.' The crystal platform tilted forward just a little as she came to decide that she at least had to finish her mission. When she got back to Uzu though... well even she wasn't yet sure what she would do. She felt bad for causing such an accident that nobody would believe was anything short of excessive force. "This is so unfair..." Zhi groaned and picked up the pace to reach Awajishima sooner than later.

tab Taketori Kaguya walked down the road from Gimangakure towards Arashigakure. While he had been busy running errands to re-establish himself, one of his Sisters (by the blood of the covenant, not the water of the womb) had already gone on ahead. •The user takes a knife, whittling away at an arrow to create weaknesses in it's design. Doing so allows the user to create shrapnel arrows. These arrows cost nothing additional during a technique to be used with them however upon contact they explode and send wooden and metal shrapnel into anything within five feet of it's location. However, those of the Iron fist not only accomplish this boost of speed….they also do it in armor! The user is now unaffected by the additional weight of armor (to a logical limit), and when the user is out of armor, their body and technique speed is greatly increased at the loss of the protection. They are much more adept at bursting into action, going from standing to 100% in single moments. Conversely, the user can now perform these techniques without needing armor. 'Turn at the fork. I wonder how this village treats non-ninja folk?' Byakko thought as he continued the path that Belamos gave him. The tiger followed alongside him as he was giving his human counterpart the silent treatment. Not that it really mattered to Kazuto. The tiger could be as mad as he wanted; they had a job to do. If they didn't set up places of worship for the Mother of All then that wench was going to eventually come back to them and make quick work of them. Therefore, it was easier to just travel and enjoy this life while they had it.
Byakko kept his hands in his pockets as he continued to walk. The tiger tread behind ever so slightly as he kept his focus on any possible threats. He only took his focus away from his human counterpart when he saw a deer and thought of killing it for food. However, since Kazuto did not seem to want to stop, the tiger ignored the possible meal. In truth, Kazuto was still upset about the fallen friends that, "holy demon" referenced. Although he wasn't necessarily taking his life for granted, he was grief stricken that none of the others have been revived. It was just him and the damn tiger; a constant reminder of what he lost. Still, he had miles to walk, and the next village to set up shop wasn't going to find itself.

In addition, should they unlock the Tenseigan, they may have 50% less reserves to maintain it than other clan members and may also activate the Tenseigan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation. • Physical Prowess | The Hyuuga gains a slight increase to reflex OR speed per body rank. This totals in a supreme increase for one or a moderate increase for both at S-Rank. In addition, the user gains a single custom slot to be used exclusively for the gentle fist style and one taijutsu slot. • Armory of Justice | Kenshin receives one free custom weapon.
Nuibari Attributes • Infinite Needles | While Nuibari functions perfectly fine as a long, thin blade that sits between a Jian and a Foil. It's comprised of infinite, instantly replenishing needles. If an opponent is stabbed, the blade will leave several needles inside of the opponent. It also never runs out of string either, with one at the base of the weapon, and one attached to each needle. Similarly, unhindered, the weapon always comes back when thrown for the techniques below, and can be pulled to the user free of activation via its wire so long as the nigh-invisible string is not cut. • Thread the Needle | This skill increases the speed of the wielder moderately while Nuibari is wielded.

As Belamos walked alongside Kenshin he took the time to go over each and every one of Kagami and Sandayu's various abilities as well as some of the one's he had discovered hidden within himself, namely his ability to tap into his Divine Persona. If they were to win it would have to be together and knowing what each other was capable of could only help. If Kenshin choose to divulge information on his new Dojutsu, so be it, otherwise Belamos wouldn't push it. As they were nearing the gates the Sun Prince stopped for a moment, a indecisive look upon his face. After a few seconds he exhaled, almost as if he had come to an unfortunate conclusion. Extending his hand out a flash of light exploded outwards and as the brightness faded a scroll had materialized in Belamos's hand "I hate to say it, but there is a chance we lose her. A real chance. If it looks like it's headed that way, I want you to take Aurelia and as many others as you can and run for it. I can hold the door for you all. I'm not your Kage, and I can't order you to do anything but if there's anyone who has a chance of liberating a Kogarashi controlled world, it's you...not I" Belamos tossed him the scroll. Upon closer examination the paper seemed to glow from within and was made from a mysterious golden thread. It would undoubtedly be something Kenshin has never seen before "I'm not sure if I have ever told you about my father. He goes by Utu. In my youth my mother called him a fallen god. When I was a kid I believed her but as I got older I assumed she was exaggerating- he must have just been a rather powerful shinobi. But as my own power has continued to grow and I've become able to do...things, I'm not sure I believe that anymore. Aurelia has even more potential than I do! Regardless of his supposed Divinity, Utu is my father and Aurelia's grandfather. That scroll contains all the information I have on his location. I have spent months tracking him and gathering it- while I don't have specifics that will at least point you in the right direction. If worst comes to worst, seek him out. Take Aurelia with you. He will protect what remains although he will ask a price in return. The God of the Sun does nothing for free."

__ When Belamos spoke of Sandayu and Kagami's abilities he listened fully. Kenshin's response included a brief summation of Arashigakure's strategy as it was now fully in the sky because of the devices that Trefles designed and Kenshin himself installed. When Belamos detailed his own abilities, Kenshin knew that there was much for him to report on as well. "That's all useful to know. I've been training tirelessly in anticipation for Kogarashi's attack and have reached Sannin title and battle proficiency. I hate to sound like you, but the Mother of All guided me into learning sage mode and how to awaken the Tenseigan. The Tenseigan is like a Mangekyo Sharingan evolution but for the Byakugan that has never existed before. When a Hyuuga becomes enlightened, they are able to access this evolution and see over thousands of miles, have supreme mental sight, and control reincarnation chakra. Reincarnation chakra restores what has been destroyed to its rightful state among other things." Kenshin took a breath but would continue to recall details from memory. He still felt the sting from when Ada doubted him on the story or at least that was what he interpreted. "The Tenseigan is a very powerful eye and is sure to be even stronger with sage mode active as well. But this is how reincarnation chakra works." Kenshin would stop outside of the gates next to Belamos and would demonstrate before Belamos would speak. The cyan blue chakra illuminated a patch of dead brown grass when Kenshin extended his hand and focused his vision. The brown grass was then immediately restored to a bright green. Once that point was illustrated, he listened to Belamos's doubt. When he spoke of his proposed backup plan and the possibility of losing Kenshin heard much of his own thoughts on the matter before he was enlightened by Evergreen. He nodded in agreement about the evacuation plan but was uncertain if Kenshin himself would survive over Belamos in such a scenario. Kenshin was prepared to die in this encounter just as Belamos was. "If it's possible then I promise that I'll evacuate, but I'm just as prepared to give my life if need be." Kenshin was a man of his word and would follow it to the best of his ability when he promised Belamos. When he was presented with the golden scroll he accepted it and listened to Belamos's story about Utu. At the moment, Kenshin was much less likely to express doubt in Belamos's description of his background after trying to explain to Ada in the others what he experienced with Evergreen. "Understood." He stated briefly after listening to the story and stored the scroll in a safe place on his person. "I thought for certain that we were doomed to lose the war against Kogarashi before the Mother of All presented herself to me in the deserted temple of Evergreen in the Monsoon Temples. She helped me reach enlightenment and become the first of my kin to awaken the Tenseigan. She told me that I was destined to be the savior of the Storm Village by protecting my people against Kogarashi. These eyes are the proof that we've gained her favor through our just cause." Kenshin was now confident that Kogarashi would be defeated by the Storm village in light of those profound divine experiences. "But don't misunderstand my words, Belamos. I'm not like you, I'm not going to use my divine purpose to inflate my ego. I'm not a prophet, a messiah, or a demigod. I'm just a man and I was given this power for the purpose of protecting this village and that's all." His words were coarse against Belamos because he always hated Belamos's flaunting of his divine status. However, his words were deeply humble as he understood his place in this destiny. At the same time, Kenshin did not want to harp on this disagreement. He just wanted to be fully understood. "Evergreen told me that the Hyuuga clan's purpose now is to be the preservers of the natural order. Even though I'm still a b*****d in their eyes I will do that duty." Kenshin paused and now wanted to move on from discussion of gods and instead on strategy. "Arashigakure's army with meet Kogarashi's in the field out here but the vanguard squad will stand in front of the fake Floodgate. You, me, Kagerou, Shion, Kojiro, Selina, and Ada will be the ones likely facing the Kogarashi leadership. Justice will be brought to Kogarashi before long when we crush them." His words were resolutely confident but not arrogant. The captain knew that pride would come before the fall and he would make all efforts to avoid this despite knowing that they were destined to vanquish them.
Personal Attributes • Piercing Accuracy | The clansman is more proficient than his fellow clan members at striking tenketsu. One's gentle fist application allows them to reduce 1.5 times the amount of chakra spent in a jyuken strike instead of 1.25. For example, if one spends 100 chakra on a gentle fist technique, the attack robs the target of 150 instead of the 125 normal clansmen would reduce. • Purest Lineage | The clansman's thoroughbred lineage allows them access to the Byakugan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation. In addition, should they unlock the Tenseigan, they may have 50% less reserves to maintain it than other clan members and may also activate the Tenseigan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation. • Physical Prowess | The Hyuuga gains a slight increase to reflex OR speed per body rank. This totals in a supreme increase for one or a moderate increase for both at S-Rank. In addition, the user gains a single custom slot to be used exclusively for the gentle fist style and one taijutsu slot. • Armory of Justice | Kenshin receives one free custom weapon.
Nuibari Attributes • Infinite Needles | While Nuibari functions perfectly fine as a long, thin blade that sits between a Jian and a Foil. It's comprised of infinite, instantly replenishing needles. If an opponent is stabbed, the blade will leave several needles inside of the opponent. It also never runs out of string either, with one at the base of the weapon, and one attached to each needle. Similarly, unhindered, the weapon always comes back when thrown for the techniques below, and can be pulled to the user free of activation via its wire so long as the nigh-invisible string is not cut. • Thread the Needle | This skill increases the speed of the wielder moderately while Nuibari is wielded.

All this talk of God’s and destiny- it seemed that the world was becoming privy to a secret that Belamos has been aware of for decades. There were beings, otherworldly brings, that manipulated the tidings of men. While people like Kenshin were awed and even went so far as to worship them Belamos held a stoic indifference. They were little better than the mortals they claimed to be superior to. This he had seen first-hand. Indeed, they had their faults and thus were no more worthy of worship then himself. It was a lesson Utu had taught him the hard way. Still, Belamos kept his opinions to himself to save the overeager policeman’s ever present words from having to pour from judge mental lips. As they were leaving Belamos wanted to give a few, genuine, parting words to the man ”Kenshin, as long as we both live we will never be friends. We are different sides to the same coin- opposed in almost every way. But we are comrades so I wish to pass onto you the results of my experience in the form of some advice. Be careful with these higher powers you speak so fondly of- the machinations of Gods’ are not those of blind benevolence. Their agendas care little for the life of a man, nor even a village. Evergreen is my aunt so to speak...well, just keep your wits about you with her” A look of fatigue swept him, a for a brief moment Belamos reflected what he truly was: a man who had spent over half his life fighting. Weariness and acceptance of what was to come permeated his eyes as he stared down the cop before tilting his head to the side ”Go to CORE and make your preparations. Please have your agents send for Freya, Nohea and Aurelia to meet me at the gates if you will”

__ Kenshin's eyes sharpened on Belamos during his advising. He already felt that he was being talked down to by this self-proclaimed Sun god and it was beginning to irritate them. What compounded this ire was his perceived doubt from Ada earlier. "We're different coins, Karna." Kenshin fully intended to honor his obligations to the higher power. If she made commands that conflicted with his other duties then he would follow his more prudent earthly obligations instead. However, Kenshin was grateful for Evergreen's enlightenment and willingness to help him and would fulfill his purpose. He did not intend on keeping his divine powers for his own selfish agenda. Kenshin would not dismiss Belamos entirely though because he was willing to put his life on the line to protect the village. If he followed up on such a promise then he would get more of Kenshin's consideration rather than changing allegiances as it pleased him. "It will be done." He said in response to Belamos's request. When he approached the platform that would raise him up he pointed to it. "Just present yourself to the guards and step onto here and it'll raise you up to the village." He walked toward it and stepped onto the platform and waited. Before being sent up he would speak. "We'll see which of us is right on the judgment day. I wish you good fortune in the war to come." With that, Kenshin was shot up into the sky and would pass through the real gates and into the Storm Village en route to the CORE Compound.

A massive interdimensional gateway would tear open in the Land of Floods. From it, a file of several tens of black and red cloaked men and women marched out onto the land. Among their ranks were various monstrous, unnatural creatures to follow their command. This first wave of the invasion would split into three groups and spread out to destroy everything in sight, as well as kill all who crossed their paths without question or remorse. The humanoid warriors communicated only among their own and in a strange language new to this world. One cloaked figure remained close to the gateway with one of the monstrosities to keep it open and guarded for more of their invading forces to arrive.

__ Kagami stepped out of the wormhole in the all too familiar Land of Floods roads. This was the very spot she orchestrated the attack on Arashigakure befoe. Once she was in the area she noticed the army under her husband's command had poured in as well. Kagami stood with her agents and began strategizing their covert entry into the village in the midst of the war's chaos. Kagami used her scroll given by Naoki to communicate with her agent on the inside of Arashigakure. She needed that insider knowledge to help with infiltration and summon her as well.

All Kogarashi characters can choose to stay in the Land of Floods to fight alongside the army or go with Kagami to the real Arashigakure. Daisuke's character will summon everybody into the real village in his next post.
Personal Attributes • Smoke and Mirrors | Kagami can cast any and all genjutsu through eye contact with her created mirrors. • Mirror Flower, Water Moon | Kagami gains access to nature's mirror, the water element. • Built to Last | You double the number of posts your mirrors stay active. Additionally, once per battle, you can use Terikaesu (Reflect) without paying its cost. • Area of Denial | Kagami doubles her range of control for her mirrors and gains an additional 75 chakra. • Otherwordly Imagery | Genjutsu performed by Kagami cannot be mimicked or reversed by any means. [ Genjutsu can still be broken, however. ]
Sakkakugan Attribues • Life Sense | Within 100 meters, any type of life is able to be seen as a bright glow, when even the Byakugan cannot see it. • Potent Illusions | Genjutsu performed while Sakkuguan is active are treated to cost an extra [5] chakra per rank of the genjutsu to Kai. • Sixth Sense as the First | With a stationary body, Kagami can detach her vision and walk around to look at things. Cannot physically move during this. • The Gift of Life | Kagami may trade her life for another's, resurrecting them if they were recently killed.
Sanbi Attributes Chakra Cloak Version 1: Basic Effects • Slight fortitude boost. • The host will begin to draw in ambient water towards itself slowly from the environment, drawing in a C ranked amount per post. This water will fall from the sky, rise from the ground, whatever so long as it is coming towards the host. It pools and rests around its feet and stays within an area of 10 feet. • Host can breathe underwater.
Chakra Cloak Version 1: Advanced Effects 2/10 Advanced Effects: • The Sanbi can take one of the user's activations to cast any illusion or enchantment genjutsu that the host knows using demon chakra. Doing so adds on another primary sense at the host's discretion, and increases the targets that it can affect by one where applicable. The cost is increased by half of the original technique cost on the demon's reserve. • Mild fortitude boost. • Suiton jutsu used by the host overwhelm ninjutsu of the same rank. They also lose their elemental weaknesses.
