I like to refer this one to the "Men in Black" Theory

That cow was originally an alien that immigrated to the planet Earth under witness protection program. Originally the Alien inhabitating the cow is just a cover, but it witnessed a murder. However it jumping over a moon, he just lost his cool when Drunk Farmer Brown tried to have its way with him.
