I would give it an 8.5 honestly. Here is why.
you need a few peices of jewlery. It doesn't have to be expensive just go well with the outfit. I would have worn a different pair of shoes and an outfit like that need some sparkle. I would sugest buying a pixie and putting it somewhere. That or a demonic necklace. The pink sparkle would look great with your outfit and give it just the right touch.
I love that you wore purple with red hair. Some others hate that they say it doesn't match. Sorry but I don't like all black, white or pink or any other color avatars. Red and purple look cute together!

But your avi doesn't look finished so I can't give it a fair rate.

I would suggest, well, getting some shoes first. Maybe some black ones to match your gloves.

Maybe something brown near the torso too?

EDIT: Oh yeah, can you afford a phoenix circlet? I would suggest getting one to match the flames that dragon is breathing. It not, change the dragon's pose.
