Link looked the best in Twighlight Princess. He was much more detailed there.

Impossible to choose smile I Loved OoT for the sheer magnitude and depth of gameplay, Majora's Mask for it's challenging difficulty, and constant tension... (AAARGH SCARY MOON!) Wind waker for it's break from tradition (im a cartoony supporter *eep*) Link to the past cos even tho it's basically isometric top-down, from fifteen years ago or something, it's still fantastic smile , and Minish Cap because it is just an incredible concept wink
I haven't played Twilight Princess yet (I can't afford a Wii and I can't find it on GC, but I bet it will be just as great as the rest biggrin
ohhh, but this is about my favourite LINK... sorry rambling... I guess OoT or MM.

I'd have to say that the OoT Link was my fav, but i also like the Phantom Hourglass one, which is a replica of the Wind Waker one

The Twilight Princess of Link is really really cool, but my favorite would still remain Oot and Majora's Mask version of Link. I LOVE old school.
