I am an amazing cook, if I do say so myself ;D
And the more complicated, the better. Even if I've never even had it before, I can usually follow a recipe and have it turn out splendidly.
Meal-wise, I make a lot of stir-fries, which are actually really simple, but I make all my own sauces and I usually cook with chicken or tofu. I can make a lot of other stuff, but nothing's coming to mind since I haven't cooked in a while sad We don't really have the time anymore.

Dessert-wise, I am the master of tasty, flavourful creme brulee (my pumpkin-maple one is amazing!), and I do all the cakes for my family's birthdays. And not just any cake- tiered cakes with wonderful fruit or chocolate fillings and hand-iced with beautiful roses and stuff. It's fab :3

I love to cook i know how to cook and I like to eat what i cook. I will not cook what i dont like so... oh well. I like quite a bit but i just cant stand fishies. the sight and smell alone make me retch. i never really tasted it but im not gonna retch to eat something that may taste okay...

I am 13 and I am proud to say I can cook every single last thing my father can and I have been watching iron chef america since I could learn to speak. (age 4 is when i became more fluent in actual words) I cook cakes (numiies) and brownies along with lasagna and pancakes. I change the recipes frequently except... My grandmas recipe for brownies because they never taste the same if i change it. Its practically the only recipe I dont eye measure i just taste it till its right.
