Moe Kare is really a good romance manga.
it's awesome. o_o
Chocolate Cosmos and Special A too.
Nodame Cantabile - funny anime XD
FMA - amazing alchemy and stuff.

Some manga:
Chrono Crusade- great story, entertaining, and has an interesting setting.
Hana Kimi- a great manga (romance, shojo, school life)
Vampire Knight is good as well(of course).
Absolute Boyfriend- a very good shojo manga (very very good)
Ouran High School Host Club- very entertaining, shojo, school life, interesting characters.
Some anime:
Bleach- well known, shonen, interesting plot.
Code Geass- great art, good plot and characters
Death Note- a unique plot, interesting story...
Full Metal Alchemist- (what the previous post says) cool plot, a unique story.
Ouran High School Host Club- a good anime(very much like the manga)

I watched it, but never read the manga. haha.
I wonder if they're the same though...
