He gave a halfhearted salute and walked down the gangplank, not really waiting for the techs. He walked into Kira soon after. "Hey Captain."

"Never did, first time on a boat. Been on moving things though, like high speed trains and cars. I literally mean ON them. Shooting from them or in them. Never was a problem..." Rock replied as he looked back to Rano. "I'm hired for extra firepower."

Rano nodded before pulling out his twin pistols and holding them up to the sky with a grin, one eye closed "always wanted to try shooting a man from the top of a speeding train....but ive never been anywhere near one." He smiled before lowering his arms.

Rock picked up 3 empty bottles from the ground and threw them in the air and rapidly set his rifle in front of his eye with a single hand and moved like lighting, 3 gunshots so quick they were almost at the same time. "whats your sight range?" He watched the scattered pieces of glass fall to the floor of the ship before picking a piece up "im not really one to go for a quick shot, sometimes fast fingers arent always the best shot." He had learnt this many times during his journeys with Zackory, knowing his captain as a man to shoot first and aim later, but then again, the size of the bullets his old Captain's gun took and area of effect it caused ment he ready didnt need to even bother with aiming.

"For rapid shots, under 200 ft. I can aim to about... I don't know, really... Never had a target runaway no matter how far he was..." Rock shrug as inspected his rifle, loading it again. He had 12 shots a round, but the shots he used could mean his life...

"wow, 200ft, that pretty good" He smiled before letting out a heavy sigh "My pappy always said it the range of the gun didnt make the man, it was the will to take his target out no matter the distant put between them, he always joked about me having a little bit of eagle blood in me, saying it was most probably from my moma's side." He had no idea why he was telling Rock this, but as far as he was concerned, the people on this ship were his new family.

Rano looked to his own pistols before pointing one out to sea and letting out a single shot, a quiet sound of metal hitting metal was heard, almost un noticable if it wasnt for his good hearing, he smiled before turning and looking up to Rock "your not the only one Rock, you got family now" He closed his eyes and began to make his way below deck " 649 yards north, dead hit, take a look for ya'self" he headed down the steps after pointing out the direction of the boid he had just shot at and the newly made hole in its metal circular warning flag.

Kira looked to Scott as he spoke before winking "well if it isnt my missing first mate, next time you tell one of the crew to relay a message to me, make sure you tell them to knock first...." "Not too shabby indeed." Rock replied. He leaned against the railing with a sigh. "I never had anyone to relate to. I barely know anyone here. All I did was save the captain from someone who tried to kill her and I ended here. It's not that I didn't want to be here, she only proposed to join up, but I'm not sure I'm ready to call anyone family yet. I've always been a lone wolf, it will take time before it's really settled in that I belong here now..." He told Rano with a little tint of apology in his voice.

Rano heard Rock before grinning and shouting up to him from below deck "well, no matter, its not like youve got a choice now, either adjust and get used to it or denie it and pretend its not true, but you'll find it hard to get rid of us now!" Rano had cheered up now, finally calming down and now determined to make sure Molly was taken back from Eva, it had been so long since he had seen her, he couldnt help but wonder what she looked like now.

Rano came back up onto deck, wearing his spair hat before placing a pair of goggles on his head "we cant go anywhere without the captain, and as far as i know, shes currently searching for help from both the captain of the north and the west...." Rano laughed slightly before resting his hands behind his head "not that i see why shes bothering asking for help from the west, Kira Bronzan would probably just laugh in her face after hearing her asking for help to save Zackory's daughter, nothing would make that Woman help him, then again, she's always had a soft spot for kids."
