It's in the crew workbox, man. I haven't actually pulled it up for proposal. I'm marking down locales to be journeyed into. I've got traps marked in a word pad unique to each area. I've got to make a character sheet for people who'd like to contribute to the arc. Detail general phases, general enough to accommodate changes and the like.
