Putting out the fires in the Ramen Shop would be a lot more easier if she had help... which she did actually. After the necessary hand seals were made, Jun created three Ember Clones. They might not be able to do much fighting-wise, but they could still help in putting out the fire.

Jun and one would stay outside on water duty, using the hose to dampen the fire and filling up the bucket to take inside and douse flames. The two other clones would go inside with the blanket to smother and stamp out other flames. It wasn't easy to say the least, they had come along a little late and the old man hadn't been able to keep up with the flames so well.

It really did feel like an uphill battle, but at least the convicts who had set the fire hadn't come around again. Jun could briefly remember the man saying something about it, bottles coming through the window and the flames starting. The old man was lucky he hadn't gotten caught on fire himself from the ordeal. Hopefully when the Kyuubi was dealt with, the people responsible for this would be rounded up as well.

Slowly but surely they were making a dent. They were corralling the fire and stopping it from spreading. Or at least spreading so quickly that it got away from them. There would be some fire damage but at the least the building would be standing and everything in the back and the kitchen would be intact. Although there would be tables, chairs and flooring that would be scorched and would need to be replaced.

Finally they had it under control, the flames were being put out and once the situation inside was under control, they would turn their attention to the roof. Other places had caught on fire and they'd try to spray with water, but they could not spread themselves thing. Two ember clones would be stationed on the ground while Jun and the other would be on the roof. They had to make sure at least the Ramen Shop survived, they'd worked too hard putting out the flames to let it be destroyed now, not from people... and hopefully not form the Kyuubi.
