ArtificialFlavored Cheese Melody felt like she had walked around the entire city, until she finally made it back outside of Barbus HQ. She sat down in front of it, and put both hands on both her cheeks. She could have been productive. She knew she had more chemicals to work with since whatever happened yesterday. She could have been doing anything, but Miz wasn't talking to her and that concerned her.
"Miz...? What's wrong?"
Melody asked, hoping for some sort of response from her counterpart, but all she heard was a faint noise in the back of her mind. Melody sighed once more and put her head on her knees. She had no idea what to do. It had never gotten this bad. Sure, Miz went on non-talking sprees and usually it happened when Melody couldn't remember a thing that happened the day before, but never for this long. Where was everybody anyway? She sure wish she had something to do right now.

Melody jumped as she heard Vincent's voice. She was trying so hard to hear Miz's voice that she hadn't been paying attention to the world around her.
"Huh?" she looked up at Vincent and sighed. "Nothing. I'm just thinking that something's wrong..." Melody muttered, putting her hands on her cheek again. "I don't remember anything I did yesterday, and all I know is that my jaw hurts and I'm bruised everywhere."

"Really?" He asked. "It seems you can't hear you friend either." He muttered. "You know, the one you told me about. Then again, if you don't remember yesterday, you probably don't remember talking to me either." He replied smoothly. "You were pretty beat up after that fight."

Melody shook her head. "I don't remember fighting. I don't even remember getting back here. And Miz is gone for some reason. She won't talk back to me." She sighed and put her head in her hands. "I don't know what to do. I feel extremely lost. A part of me is missing. What do I do? Look, I'm really sorry but I just...I don't remember. God, I need a drink or something."

Trent looked around at the place. It was certainly different. He was hoping his sister would arrive safe and sound. He wasn't really in the mood for computer or video games or really anything. Although he was relieved that his sister was found and seemed to be alright, his worry wouldn't go fully away until she arrived. He didn't eat much of his breakfast that morning as he didn't have much of an appetite.

What's in it for me?" ✥ In her own little happiness Alina didn't even realize what part of town she was in or even where she was all together, she just walked down the street. She rounded the corner and saw the destruction of a fight passed, Alina just chuckled to herself as she continued down the street, there was a good bar just around the next corner. Alina strolled casually past a destroyed cafe just giving a quick glance in, though with this quick glance she counted quite a few Hero's meeting. "Crap" she said a little too loud as she quickly ducked around the corner. Just what she needed, another issue, especially since the last job she picked up was to foil quite a few plans that the Hero's had organized. Though she was pretty sure none of them knew it was her causing chaos within their faction she wasn't about to take a chance at it ruining her good day. ✥[[OOC: I have no clue where to join anyone so hope this works if anyone else has any good ideas please share!]]

((Hey peeps! I have exams from tomorrow until Saturday (March 23) but I will come around every now and again to read posts. I may not be able to make 'substantial' posts but please feel free to move my characters around if they are in the way ^__^
After this, it's summer (and my birthday). So my schedule will become a ton free-er. Let's do some awesome Animus-Barbus shindig... And unite the heroes. OwO ))

Catching Armand's voice Phoebe tilted her head. There was a few seconds of science before the girl flung her free arm out, wrapping it tightly around the Hero and pulling him into a rough hug. She had never been so happy to meet another super-powered human in her life.
Her face buried in the man's jacket she finally broke down "Is Trent ok? is he safe?" her voice was cracked and broken as she continued to try and form a sentence. As soon as the break down seemed to have started it stopped.
Even after the haunting reminder that Vincent was lurking out their Phoebe's drive to see her brother (& the over whelming guilt of loosing him) seemed to strengthen what little resolve she had .
With a loud sniffle Phoebe stepped back, wiping her tear streaked face across her shirt sleeve not worried about her currant, dishevelled appearance enough to bother asking for a tissue.
"This is Zaine. She came to see if I was ok, I guess she heard me from outside…" It wasn't strictly a lie the woman had sat down and comforted Phoebe, just the exact nature of why Zaine had been skulking around the demolished cafe was something even she didn't know.
There was a ruffle of leaves from the dormant line of growing plants and that thick, aggressive energy that seemed to dominate the cafe air when Zaine had first visited was back with a vengeance. Hitching the wilted rose pot higher in her arm Phoebe glanced at the doorway, her face stern.
Slowly she reached out, nudging The Gent in the side and motioning to the door with a silent nod.

Danica was surprised to see Phoebe in the middle of all the plants, but not so surprised that she let down her guard. She heard the girl's voice and followed as she ducked around the corner. "Is there a problem, miss?" she asked.

.................................... What's in it for me?" ✥ Alina was crouched around the corner a mere minute before a figure appeared. "Is there a problem miss?". This girl didn't seem to recognize Alina which was a relief. She stood and faced the girl, she was a bit shorter than Alina, a smile broke across her face, she might get away unscathed. "Sorry, no. Just didn't want to interrupt whatever is going on here, I'll be on my way" Alina smiled broadly at the girl hoping no one else came out that would recognize her. One bad thing about not have a secret identity like most Hero's, Barbus or Animus affiliates is that once you've crossed someone they know your face no matter where you are. ✥[[OOC: Sorry Fixed it! smile ]]

Coil had taken the fork, it would be the simplest for noodles, he took a seat at the table and began sipping the noodles as he brought them up to his face, he gave small chuckles as Serene tried to teach Voltedge but nothing seemed to get through to her.
Coil stopped, he felt 'strange' suddenly, something was different, he looked around before his eyes landed on Voltedge, she was looking at him, wide eyed. He didn't say anything to her, he simply stared back with a look of curiosity painted on his face.

Looking at VoltEdge as she sipped the soup and noodles, Serene gave up trying to teach VoltEdge how to use a fork. "Maybe we can use chopsticks next time..." She told her.
When VoltEdge suddenly stopped eating and turned pale, Serene stopped too. Is something wrong? Maybe she ate too fast? Looking at Coil as VoltEdge would look at him, Serene scanned his face for an expression, what did Coil do? He seems to not know it himself. "What is wrong?" She asked the both of them.
