Damien recognised Shadow and had to smirk, but just slightly so that it wasn't too noticeable. "Well, soldier. Trying to desert? That's treason you know, and we don't take too kindly to that" he said.

"Desert? Oh no. A soldier of Diethelm wouldn't dare do such a thing." She replied. "Unless you're talking about sharing a sweet treat, in which case I'm sure most here would gladly die to have desert with you." She jested.

Damien led Shadow around a corner to speak to her. "Well, hello again Shadow. I didn't expect to see you again so soon. What brings you back here?" he asked.

"Oh, not much. Since you didn't visit me in Mt. Angelo, I decided to take my revenge by dropping by." She jested. "Just kidding, though that was pretty low of you. I heard about your situation, and I was coming to see if everything was straitened out. Also, the men helping those bishops assassinate Lianne are from Diethelm. Mt. Angelo doesn't have a black market. Only connections to the black market established here. They're supplying a lot of funds to get her murdered, so I was going to track it and see if I could cut them off." She told him. "So I'll be back in Diethelm for a while."

"I see. Did you find out if the Diethelmian's helping with the assassination are from a specific group or organisation, or if they were just random mercenaries hired?" Damien asked. Shadow probably wouldn't tell even if she knew with out some sort of fee. He expected that.

Damien stroked his chin in thought. "Hmm, this is probably connected to the attempted takeover" he pondered out loud. "We'll need to dig a little deeper. I'm sure you'll be doing the same" he said.
