No peeking." she said in a childish manner, before disappearing in a blur. In a matter of seconds, she was out on the rooftop of the castle, laying down behind a large fountain that stood in the center of the roof. Perfect hiding spot. She could remain hidden while having a lovely view of the moon, which made her pale skin glow. As of right now, Artemis was the only one who knew of this area, that was until Nightsog found her of course.
Twillah smiled slightly at the question. "The roof, sky, gas prices.." she replied with a giggle, before laying down on her back again, looking over at him with her pale gaze.

"Fun, fun," Nightsong hummed softly while starting to walk down the hall with his attention focused on where Artemis' presence was. He was softly singing little songs to himself as he walked already knowing that Artemis could probably hear him singing such silly songs to himself.
"Funny. Why you staring at me?" Gage snickered while flashing a playful smile at Twillah. They'd been here to visit Artemis and yet somehow it seemed to turn into a game of hide-and-seek between Artemis and Nightsong, a secret eloping session with Catherine and Kurboshi and an entire alone time session for Twillah and him.

Her mins drifted to the events that had happened over this time, and she wondered where Catherine had wandered off to, but she didn't pay it much mind. Artemis had always been the smart, responsible one. Wheras Twillah has always been playful and kind, and Catherine had always been dangerous and alluring. She smiled to herself and waited in her hiding spot.
Twillah giggled gently before sitting up and sliding over to gage, straddling his lap. "How can I not stare and someone who Is so dangerously handsome?" she purred, matching his playful smile with her own. She moved her long hair from her face, her eyes examining him.

"Politicians, banking in their greed. No idea on how to be all that they can be. Have you no honor? Have you no soul? What is it they're dying for? Do you really even know? Have you no backbone? Have you no spine? Whatever happened to no one gets left behind?" Nightsong hummed only to appear beside Artemis and kiss her on the cheek. "Do you like music as much as I do?"
"I'm glad you think I'm so dangerously handsome," Gage teased only to slide out of his seat and sit down in the air beside Twillah. "Although I'd have to say that I've never been nor close to your beauty."

Artemis smirked slightly, not moving as her eyes traced the stars. "hmm. I don't know. I think I've become a softy for you though. Way to ruin my cruel attitude~" she teased with a smile, before sighing gently and closing her eyes, relaxing against the cool stone. "I remember trying to count the stars when I was younger, even though it was impossible.." she muttered softly.
Twillah pouted slightly before yawning gently. "I think you're pulling my leg. As an Incubus, you've had to see more beautiful women.." she whispered, before falling onto her back again and running a hand through her hair, her sparkling blue eyes looking at him.

"Music is fun though~ If you're letting me mess with your cruelty then that's your problem. I've become quite a masochist after living so long in Lymbo so I don't mind if you're gentle and kind or cruel and abusive. It all seems fun to me," Nightsong smiled while lying on his back beside Artemis. "Counting stars sounds like a good way to bore yourself to sleep. Were you trying to bore yourself to sleep?"
"Nope. I have seen pretty girls, but never drop dead gorgeous," Gage purred sweetly while closing his eyes, his tail flicking by his leg.

Artemis smirked slightly, before sitting up and facing him. "Perhaps, but then again, maybe I was just contemplating many torturous, cruel things of which i could inflict upon you." she replied softly, before standing up. She walked over to the very edge of the roof, looking out over the land with her deep red eyes. She often did this many times, wondering if the fall from here would kill her, for good. Probably so. But, she would never try such a silly irresponsible thing. Resting her elbows on the ledge, she sighed softly and gazed up at the bright moon in the sky, as a gentle breeze came by, filling her nose with the scents of the night. "Are you getting tired?" she asked in a smooth tone, not moving her eyes from the glowing brilliance of the full moon.
Twillah smirked slightly, before rolling over on her stomach. "You're quite the charmer aren't you?" she questioned with a giggle, before closing her eyes and sighing gently, a soft smile upon her lips. She sung softly to herself, the familiar tune of I will let you go. It was a song that always calmed her, and sometimes even made her cry. But at this point, it just made her smile. She realized how content she truly was at this moment, just laying here.

"Kinda... I feel sleepy, but I want to stay awake to keep you company," Nightsong murmured softly while remaining stretched out on his back on the rooftop. His eyes were closed as a soft breeze passed through the night sky.
"I suppose. I just state things as they are though," Gage smiled lightly before snuggling close to Twillah, his tail gently resting over her torso.

Artemis smiled slightly, hearing his answer. "Well if you're tired, you can go to sleep. I can join you if you'd like." she told him, before goin back over to sit down beside him, criss-cross-applesauce. She examined him with her deep gaze, wondering how this male could turn her into such a nice person.
Twillah closed her eyes, shifting to rest her head against Gage's chest. She eventually drifted off into sleep, hearing his steady thumping of a heartbeat, smiling to herself. He was literally all she could ask for, so perfect. It was almost not realistic. Even if he could steal her soul at any moment.

"If you'd like to, you may. I will not force you to do anything," Nightsong retorted while remaining stretched out on his back. Opening an eye, he made a soft snicker at how Artemis was looking at him. “Don't hurt yourself in thinking about it.”
Gage started drifting in and out of sleep as he remained as close to Twillah as he could get. He could still feel the rise and fall of Twillah's breathing.

Artemis rolled her eyes, a slight smirk tugging at the corner of her mouth. She shifted so that she was laying down beside him, her hands crossed on her stomach. Her eyes scanned the night sky as she let out a soft sigh. Of course she wouldn't actually fall asleep, but the moment was nice. "Ya know.. I remember when you were a major pain in the a**.." She murmured softly, smiling. "Insulting me constantly. If I actually felt emotions, I probably would have been offended. I guess being cold and heartless has its advantages." she said the last part in a joking manner of course, since she was long gone the point of no emotions.

Catching her words, Nightsong's smile faded and he shifted to where his back was now directed towards Artemis. His eyes opened and showing a slight hint of her words semi-hurting his feelings, he became relatively quiet. “That wasn't Nightsong, ya goober. This was a stupid idea altogether, letting anyone know about it," he muttered in that irritable tone of voice that belonged to the one and only Nightengale. Pushing himself up off the roof, he started towards the door with his arms crossed behind his neck. “He told you earlier that while he was the original, there are now three people inhabiting this body. There's Pardonner, Nightsong and me, Nightengale. I don't want to be considered the same person as Nightsong and Pardonner and yet here's yet another person calling us one and the same. Up yours.”

Artemis growled lowly before jumping up and running over to grab Nightengale's arm, trying to stop him from walking away as a tinge of anger flashed in her eyes. "Don't you ever talk to me like that." She said, clenching her jaw before taking a deep breath and letting him go. Her gaze softened, as she looked to the ground. "You know I didn't mean it like that.. I wasn't trying to offend you.." her tone was gentle as she spoke, a sigh escaping her lips. "Yes, I know there are three.. I was simply reminiscing, and I should have chosen my words more carefully." Looking up at him, a small frown was upon her lips. For some reason she didn't want him to be upset with her, knowing all too well that caused the sarcastic Nightengale to come forth. And that just ticked her off even more.
