Having previously trained with a Bamboo Sword, Harlow found it was time to take up training with her Original Sword. A Beautifully crafted Two-Handed Steel Greatsword. It didn't look to be as Heavy as others would imagine but do to it's craft it was Heavy.
Walking over she picked up and put away the previous Scroll she had acquired only to pick out a different one. One that was more suited to her Style, Hakyoku-ken no Kata. Opening the Scroll she read it, memorizing it's teachings.
Believing she has got it, Harlow stood in a practice stance wit her Blade in hand. The First Technique was a Smash, easy enough. Harlow raised her Blade into their air and dropped it down over her shoulder. Using all her strength she pulled the blade forward and down into the floor boards below. The attack was slow starting but it's ending was chaotic as the impact cause by her blade left a small crater of cracked and broken boards in the floor. Pulling her blade from the rubble Harlow attempted to cover up her mess.

Satisfied with herself Harlow went back to the scroll to see what the second Technique was. Reading it Harlow had a sense of failure loom over her. This Technique was going to be a disaster whether it failed or was done successfully. But there was no way around it. So Harlow placed the scroll down and picked back up her sword, she took a stance with her sword placed at her side in a striking position. Pulling her blade upward with all her strength, the tip of her blade gliding against the floor of the Dojo cause it to tear, her body swung in a semi circle, but due to the force of her swung blade she wasn't able to stop herself and she ended up spinning around it 3 complete circles making herself slightly woozy. Once the spinning stopped Harlow took hold of her head trying to make the room steady. Feeling like it was a disaster Harlow decided to try the Technique 100 more times. By the end the floor of the Dojo had been so torn up it seemed about ready to cave in.

With Stage one of her Training Complete it was time to move on to Stage two. Putting down her blade, after moving to another area in the Dojo, Harlow picked up the Scroll to see what was next on the list of Techniques to learn. This time it was a Stab, oh yeah like that was going to be easy with such a heavy weight weapon. Reading the directions printed on the scroll Harlow sighed. She would just have to do it. Putting down the scroll Harlow picked up her blade, before taking up a stance she messaged her wrists which were sore from the last Technique she learned. Feeling she was ready Harlow picked up her blade and took her position. With her legs apart and her hands tight around the hilt of her blade, she held her blade straight out, her hilt held right beside her rib cage. Using both hands she pushed her blade out, simulating a Stab, however the force was to strong and she ended up throwing herself forward. Dropping her blade Harlow ended up falling on her face. Sitting up she stared at her blade with tears in her eyes at the pain she felt. Boy did it hurt. But she had to remember that Ninja's didn't cry. So sucking it up she took hold of her blade to try it again.

Taking up the Position again, Harlow's legs apart and with her blade tight in hand and positioned against her rib cage. Focusing with all she could and an aura of determination Harlow repeated the Technique. With a push of her arms the Blade flung forward in a stabbing motion. This time to keep herself from falling again, she lunged her right leg forward catching her balance. This time it was a little more successful. Harlow still stumbled but managed to keep up on her feet. So she kept trying the Technique until she could do it without fumbling over. It took about 55 tries before she could keep her balance but for good measure Harlow did it another 100 times.

Returning back to the place that he was training at, Kenta was ready to move forward with his training. Pulling out the scroll, he started to read about the next technique. "So I get to train in throwing sand in people's eyes.......SWEET!" Of course he was level headed enough to not run around and actually do it. However, that didn't mean he couldn't throw sand into dummies eyes!

Taking a swig of his flask, Kenta knew the technique was just about throwing sand in people's face, but about distraction in general and then switching into combos to make use of the distraction. Giving a small nod, he tucked his flask away and got ready. Holding his body a little low, he let it fall forward into the dirt. Grabbing a handful of dirt while he was down there, Kenta pushed off and rolled to his feet.

Getting to his feet, he took off running at the dummy. Releasing his handful of dirt, it slammed into the eyes of the dummy. When it did, Kenta pushed forward. Slamming a fist right into the face of the dummy, he followed up with a spinning back hand and then a push off dummy's chest. Landing a few feet away he straightened his body a little bit.

Pulling out his flask, he took a quick sip of it and put it away. Shifting his weight, he let his upper body drop down and his hand swing against the ground. Scooping up a handful of dirt again, he nodded. Taking off once more, Kenta would change things up. Pushing off the ground, he jumped into the air and launched the hand of dirt. Landing a foot from the dummy, Kenta sent out two quick jabs and then preceded to send to quick kicks the the shins. Pushing back, Kenta landed feeling good about this technique.

Getting ready to move on, Kenta finished off another flask of sake. Tossing it to the ground, Kenta pulled out the scroll. Opening it up he tried reading it. It took him a few seconds to realize that he was holding it upside down. Giving off a small laugh, he turned it over and went to work. Finally getting the idea of the technique, he tossed the scroll to the side.

Standing there, he looked over at one of the dummies that was near him. Giving off a small hiccup, he couldn't really keep his body from swaying back and forth. "What are...-hic- looking at? -hic-" Pointing at the dummy, it was like Kenta had marked him. Stumble forward with the first few steps, Kenta found himself in a full running sprint now. Heading right for the dummy, he would have commented on his speed if he wasn't a little to drunk to realize it.

Pushing off the ground, Kenta amazingly went into a front flip. As he did, he reached the dummy and brought the back of his foot down on the dummy's shoulder. Letting his foot slip off, Kenta feel into a kneeling position only to spring up and headbutt the dummy under the chin. Of course because of his horns, he carved the side of the dummy's face. Lowering his body again, Kenta stumbled backwards. Getting his footing, he glared at the dummy.

Taking in a bit of a deep breath, Kenta's body was swaying again. This time his feet were actually moving but they were kept within a small area. Giving off a small nod, Kenta took off running again even faster then the last time. Getting to up to the dummy, he sent a one-two-three quick jab to the dummy's head. Spinning around, he found himself at the left side of the dummy. Preforming a left hook, right hook, and open plam strike, he would spin again.

Now behind the dummy, Kenta brought a kick up to the dummy's left ribs. Pushing off, he spun around, and sent another kick to right ribs. Pushing off again, he now had his back to the dummy. Pushing forward, Kenta started to fall to the ground. His feet left the ground and went into the air to kick the dummy in the back. This caused his to be pushed forward as well, and he slid forward on his forearms, which were protected by his jacket. Done sliding, Kenta shifted his body, so he spun around on his elbows and pushed off the ground. Standing there he took a deep breath feeling good.

The last move Kenta had to learn was one of the training techniques. This one, however, used all that he had learned, and put it all together. Of course at this point, Kenta didn't really read the scroll cause of how drunk his was. Shifting his weight, he started to stumble around but seemed to keep his balance pretty good. Making his way around the area that he was in, he bent and twist in odd positions that probably would have hurt if he wasn't drunk.

Still working his way around the area, he would sway in big circles. Here and there, he fell a few times. His recovers would be pretty crazy some of the time too. Spinning his legs around he would use the momentum to shoot himself up. Other times, he would push his body up into hand stands and flip into the air. Landing back on his feet, he stared at one of the dummies. Eyes were kind of glossed over at this point.

Taking in a deep breath, Kenta nodded. "You're going down." His speech was a little slurred and a bit quite. Pushing off the ground, Kenta took off running at a pretty good speed. However, halfway through his run, he tripped. Falling forward, he placed his hands out in front of him. Landing on them, the momentum of his relaxed body propelled forward back onto his feet. He once again took off running at the dummy.

Getting closer, Kenta fell once again. This time he didn't have an amazing recovery. Instead he skidded along the ground a little bit. Stopping a few feet away from the dummy he just laid there. All of the sudden, Kenta exploded into a hand stand. Moving closer to the dummy while walking on his hands, he sent a flurry of quick kicks to the dummy's head. Placing his feet on the dummy's face, he flipped off and landed back on his feet a few feet away.

Taking in a deep breath, Kenta nodded to himself. Taking off running again, he head for the dummy once more. This time it was flawless! Well except for a few stumbles but he at least he didn't fall. Reaching the dummy, he sent a flurry of attacks the the dummy. The final blow caused the head to break and fly off. At that, Kenta stumbled backwards and fell on his butt. For the moment, he just sat there happy to be done.

As Kenta sat there, a messenger shinobi came running up to him. "Excuse me are you Kenta Takahashi?" Looking up the man, Kenta just simply nodded still drunk from his training. The man handed Kenta a letter and headed on his way. Messing with the letter, it took a little bit for Kenta to finally get it open. When he did, he sat there and stared at the piece of paper.
As he tried to read it, he just mumbled out a few words here and there and it seemed like he was having trouble reading. However, after a few seconds passed, an extremely loud yell came from him. "YES!!! THE CHUUNIN EXAMS ARE FINALLY HERE!!! I HAVE TO PACK MY STUFF!!" Jumping to his feet, Kenta took off running leaving the empty flasks and the training scrolls that he used behind. As he headed for a doorway, he lost his footing a little bit and slammed into the wall. Shaking it off, he left the dojo and head for his home to pack.

Pan nudged Kazuki on the side of the head, attempting to wake him. Kaz had decided to take a nap and was snoring loudly, bothering the other people. She dragged her rough tongue over his face, causing him to awake abruptly. "Whazzat?" He asked, rubbing his eyes and running a hand through his messy hair. Pan sat there with an exasperated face, her nostrils flaring every now and then. Kazu smiled and rubbed her head, standing to his feet. "Alright, alright! Back to training I know!" He said, and then stretched his back. He headed over to where he placed the scroll for the Haraise taijutsu style. He was just about done with all he could learn for the moment, but not yet. The second version of the Devil Stance would increase his speed and agility, but it didn't seem very comfortable. He would have to pop his limbs out of their normal position and then use chakra to increase his speed.
Kazuki cleared out a good space and entered the stance, lowering himself to his hands and his feet. He stretched out his body as far as he could and began to work. Kaz leaned his body to the right and pushed out his left shoulder as far as he could. When he found his limit, Kaz pushed his shoulder the other way. He did the same thing until he found his limits for each direction. Then with some more pressure, Kazuki began to feel the pain.
Kazuki pushed harder and gritted his teeth until he heard an odd pop. Kaz felt his arm slide a bit away from him, but then it was sturdy once more. Kazuki rolled his shoulder once, reveling in his new found freedom. Now his next goal was to pop each limb, giving himself more room to maneuver. Kazuki started next with his other arm, leaning to the left and putting pressure on his right shoulder. His claws dug into the ground and he barred his sharper than normal teeth until he heard yet another pop. An expression of relief hit his face as he let himself lay on the floor for a second before moving onto pop out his legs as well.
When that was done, Kazuki wanted to put his new found form to the test. He hailed Pan to him, who had also been practicing the same thing. "Now for the chakra." Kaz said, and then took off running. He concentrated his chakra to each of his nodes, and filled them to the brim with the mystical force. Kazuki's body surged forth, pushing past Pan for only a brief moment. Pan had been practicing the same thing, and shot past Kaz in a heartbeat. Without warning, Pan took a sharp turn, cutting in front of Kazuki. Kaz used his leg strength to shove off of the floor and hop over Pan. Then he twisted in the air and landed just on the other side. For awhile they ran around until the both grew tired.

Kazuki took yet another eating break with Pan, and then shoved himself straight back into his training. He was looking around for another Taijutsu style to learn when he stumbled across the Kiss of Flesh and Steel style. It was a style that could either be done with a weapon or a body. He would be able to use his own claws as weapons for this. Kazuki rose to his feet and read through the techniques to see if it suited him. After doing so, he decided it did. Kaz read the first technique once more and thought about it for a second. Learning how to fight like this would be very different than what Kaz was used to. He walked over to a dummy and relaxed before it, keeping his arms at is sides. Then, he swiftly launched out his hands in a diagonal motion for each. His claws dug into the outer layer of the dummy, leaving 10 jagged cuts. Kazuki immediately returned his hands to his sides, entering the neutral state once more.
The next technique kind of had Kazuki questioning the scroll. Why would they first have him learn how to perform the skill with two hands and then one? He shrugged his shoulders and once more attacked the dummy. Kazuki kept his arms at his sides, and then struck out. He brought his left arm to his right side, and then dragged it diagonally upward to his left. Kazuki used the backside of his claws to scratch at the dummy, but then once more practiced the move. Kazuki moved his arm to the side once more and then used the back of his fist to slam it into the head of the dummy, rocking it on its stand.

Kaz didn't think he'd ever use it because it would take a shot at his manliness. True men didn't fight dirty. Despite that, he knew he would have to learn it to truly call himself a master. Kazu sucked it up and stood before the dummy. He twitched his right shoulder, making it look as if he was going to attack with that arm. Then with great youth, he switched his footing and struck out with his other hand, delivering a backhanded punch to the dummy again.

Harlow slumped to the ground leaning her back against one of the Dojo walls. She was exhusted from her previous Training. Placing her sword flat on the ground with her Training Scroll beside it, Harlow took out a Bottle of Water which she had brought with her. Opening up the bottle she took a huge sip of water. It felt good against her dry throat and even managed to give her a pip of energy. Sighing deep Harlow took another sip of her water before putting the bottle away and picking up the Scroll again. Looking thorugh it she read over the next Technique she needed to learn.
Sighing again she picked up her Blade and got into Position. This time the Technique was more difficult for it used Chakra to advance the attack. Lucky for Harlow she had amazing Chakra Control, however she had never fused it with a Weapon before. So that was her first step, learning to infuse a Blade with Chakra without it backfiring on her. Closing her eyes Harlow focused her Chakra in the palms of her hands and allowed it to leak upon her blade creating a light blue misty aura to surround her blade, however it only lasted seconds before releasing. Opening up her eyes Harlow sighed, this was just the beginning of a difficult task.

Lining herself up again Harlow closed her eyes once more focusing her Chakra in the palms of her hands. Her Chakra began to cover around her blade again but this time when Harlow opened her eyes the Chakra did not release. Smiling Harlow raised her Blade over her shoulder ready to strike the ground and create a shockwave. As Harlow went to pull her blade down her Chakra became unstable and broke causing Harlow to fumble over. Sitting up Harlow pouted about her failure.

Getting back to her feet Harlow was more determined then ever to perfect this Technique. Taking up her Stand, Harlow focused her Chakra, and this time really focused. The light blue mist over took her Greatsword in an enchanting way, and Harlow once more raised it over her shoulder ready to strike the ground. Giving a determined yell Harlow swung her Blade towards the Dojo floor. Once contact was made a small impact crater forged into the ground and a shockwave of Chakra was released from the blade heading out towards one of the nearby walls causing it to crack. Smiling and happy with herself Harlow pulled her blade out from the wooden floor and placed it back into it's sheath. All this training was making her hungry so she figured she would leave to grab a bite to eat.
