I was diggin' the both of 'em, but I couldn't make use of Agape. Soooo I was currying favor with artists instead. xD
I don't know how I want the next evolution to go... If it goes poorly, the prices will drop dramatically. xD

Well it's not on there anywhere now.
It was a B-ranked Raiton technique called Rewire. Basically you hit a person on the back of the neck, electric wires tap into their nervous system and you could control them like a puppet.
Damn... and I was looking forward to making the Mizukage my puppet too. XP
