Rawth; You gotta hit Chunnin, go post a certain number of posts on the summon islands, and from there, you gotta take it up with chance to dial up some luck with the big boss. If it's already got a sage, it'll give you a name, and from there, you gotta track down the sage for askance upon its contracts.
Of course, we're working on adjusting summons now.

Well, I've been withdrawing if the need should arise now. High school didn't give me a choice. So I gambled on my ridiculously sharp listening skills (even when divided by music) and amazing test taking skills. xD
