Well, from the top: Ysaru- We already have a blood manipulating clan, no need for a second.
Raikou neko- A Raiton using clan that really has nothing to set it apart.
Seirei no Hogosha- An interesting concept that would go very well with a medic class. The only issue I have with it is that it does not allow one to be a Taijutsu user. I don't really see a reason why. with some minor work it could do very well. I voted for this one.
Yochigan- not really a bloodline so to speak. It's more like crafting a unique item and then jamming it into your eye socket for special abilities. Reminds me of Pegasus from Yugi-oh.
Ekirei Clan- Well for one, they are not allowed to have any Elemental jutsu. Sorry, sounds utterly ridiculous to me. No real explanation as to why they are not allowed to. You have to choose between two forms of it.
Meijin clan- once again, can't have any elemental affinities and it absorbs chakra, Something that we're trying to stay away from.
Keigan- Really sounds interesting, but there wasn't enough in the way of techniques and actual limitations and benefits for the bloodline. Most of the limitations are rights that the crew already has.
Hokugan- right away it limits the user to the samurai sub-class. I don't like that at all. Second, it allows the user to see "faults" within techniques. I can just see that being overly abused.
Bakuton 1&2- When I think of a custom bloodline contest, I think of new and original ideas. I do not think about submitting Canon bloodlines. I think those would be better just being submitted to crew for evaluation and edits.
Rokusho- Interesting concept, however I feel that Jiton is already a metal manipulating clan. Furthermore, it limits you to the the Bukijutsu class. As stated earlier, I dislike such limitations, leaves very little room for diversification.
@Minty: Well, your Yukikage has failed to send an ambassador despite two messages in RP and one by PM. So, why not request it. I mean, if your student wishes to learn the Konoha style still, he has to get permission from the Hokage. You'd be performing two separate tasks at once.
