The flu is a virus. Anti-biotics have 0 effect on viruses. Antibiotics only work on bacterial illnesses.
Overuse of antibiotics are leading to an almost global increase in drug resistant bacterial illnesses.

I'd say it probably clears up any little side bothers and gives your immune system some room to work though.

I was asleep when you posted. emotion_zzz Sorry. That's good. How are you doing? I was hoping you were sleeping...that's ok..... I had just been awake myself a little while...had that stress test..that drug they give always does a number on me..so when we got home and I finally got to eat I went back to sleep..and slept most of the day..... Well, that's certainly understandable. They do induce physical stress. D: So, did the tests go well? **laughing** yes they do.... I will know more Monday...if they call it's not good...tf they don't then he will go over the results at my follow next month..so I am hoping for no call Monday of course but I am not going to sit around and worry this time...what will be will be.... Probably not. I didn't go until literally the last minute last time, and it was digging into my jaw and nerve. This one is just trying to cut through too much gum. .-.
The last thing I heard (after they took 11 tries to finally get the needle in my second arm) was about how they were going to mix the old amnesia in with the new so they could get rid of it, like, before it expired, or something. .____. |

Lol, no, that was before I was out.
Drugs haven't always been terribly effective on me, I guess. Three seconds out of the anesthesia and was fully alert.
I'm not worried about feeling crappy. I always feel crappy.
I skipped my pain meds after my surgery too. .-. |
