Well, Naruto and Sasuke have essentially achieved Super Saiyan 4, while God-Mod-Ara and Kabutops are essentially playing Nega-Jesus. People are fighting one another; there's a war; stupid people were stupidly stopped in the stupidest ways possible; character development happened; Sakura-Con became slightly less useless; some more retarded speeches were given; the characters won't stop yelling about friendship and loyalty and other stupid crap....

"Predictable hero + predictable backstory + predictable villain + a cup of predictability and bake for nearly 400 chapters"? And in all seriousness, Madara has probably not retained the same body for all of these years. According to totally-correct-and-irrefutable logic process of the 2003 FMA anime, a soul will continue to rot even inside of new flesh. So he needs all of the Bijuu to create a permanent, self-sustaining body. Or something as equally predictable.

Oh. Sakura is actually less useless now a days? Thank god... She claimed she wouldn't be a burden five thousand chapters ago and she is barely starting to show the fruits of her labor. Ha.
