Damien stayed with the twins for a little while longer before he bid them goodbye and told them to get some rest. He headed back to HQ.

The twins were put into their own rooms after their father left, and they were to rest for the time being, whether they wanted to or not.

After the whole skirmish, Shadow headed back to the bars and drank quite a bit. She began to hear the rumors about some of her old friends, and also about a few new people who had come in. From what she had gathered, most people thought she was dead, and things had become quite a bit hazy many of her clients.

Damien sat in the Generals' Lounge for a little while, alcoholic beverage in hand and thinking about the twins. He sighed. He felt really bad for them, as well as the others who were affected by the blast, but mainly the twins as he had a personal connection with them. They were his children.

Eris made it to the nearest mansion and pondered how to get inside. Then she smacked her forehead and ran for the servant's entrance, every mansion was bound to have one.

{Don't know if this mansion actually has one, but someone could tell me >.> and then the twins could eventually interact with the strange maid once she gets in there.}

The twins were put to bed in a large bed, where they laid awake, unable to sleep. They held each others hand, looking into each others eyes as they shared their thoughts in silence.

Eris managed to get inside the mansion and luckily found a maid uniform that wasn't in use, she wouldn't have minded knocking out another maid and taking her uniform, but the questions would be awkward once she was found. She crept through the house, feather duster in her hand, dusting everything as she walked through the halls, looking for a place to hole up.

The twins heard something strange and tried to sit up quickly, only causing them to hurt their own bruises. "Ouch!" They grimaced at the same time before laying back down on the fluffy bed.

Eris opened the door as she heard a noise behind it, curiosity getting the better of her. She 'eeped' a bit as she saw the two children in bed having thought it was like a mouse or some other kind of animal. She looked up and down the hall trying to find someone else to take care of the two, since she had no idea how to take care of children.

"Hey you!" Valkyrie called out to the maid.
"Come back!" Vincent called as well. Both of them were bored and wanted to make a little trouble, even if they were too injured to stand properly.

Eris silently swore as she turned back around, smoothed her skirts and stepped into the room asking with as much politeness as she could muster, "Yes? How may I be of service?"

"Can you come and fluff our pillows?" Vincent smiled ever so sweetly.
"Yes. Brother dear's pillow is so flat that he sinks through it." Valkyrie replied.
"But dear sister, yours is just the same." Vincent replied. "You should fluff my sister's pillow first."
"No, after you dear brother." She smiled.
"Oh, but ladies first, dear sister." Vincent replied sweetly.

Damien finished his drink and decided he was wasting enough time. He went back to his office and called up the unit investigating the explosion that hurt the twins to see if any new information had been found.
