"Of course I am ok." Kridu replied, "But I am going to stay down here a little longer, for I kinda like what I'm seeing right here." He looked into her eyes and smiled. "I promise you, I won't worry you again."

Sara rolled her eyes before leaning up some and looking down at him. She was sitting on her knees as she looked at him. "Good. I would hate to go all super woman on you and make you regret it." She said giggling as she pushed at his leg before laying down next to him to look at the stars. She wondered what everyone was doing. As the stars twinkled above them.

Kridu turned his head to look at her, "There beautiful." He said reaching out to touch her shoulder but stopped midway.

Sara turned her head and looked over. "What's beautiful?" She asked. He could mean anything really. Between her and the stars or her powers or his or anything really. She wondered what he meant.

"What was what?" Kridu said, now playing dumb. "I didn't hear anything, why did you hear something? Because I didn't." Then kridu pointed at the sky, "Hey look a shooting star." Not looking to see if there really was one, but hopeing there was so that she would get off topic.

Sara leaned up some when he was seeming to not understand her but she leaned back down to look up at the sky when he said look at a shooting star. She loved the stars and as she looked up she saw one shoot across the sky. "Oh my. It's beautiful. What are you going to wish for?"

Kridu thought about it for a moment while he was basking in his dumb luck. "I wish for this night to never end." Kridu said pointing at the sky again. He did this thinking another star would fall like it did the first time.

"Why don't you want it to end?" Sara asked smiling some as he pointed and nothing happened. "Well maybe you had just gotten lucky the first time?" She asked quietly. Her hands behind her head started to go numb but she didn't mind.

"Well why wouldn't I? The weather out here is nice, a clear sky, a full moon. I mean this is like one of those....." Kridu then relizeing what he was about to say and stoped himself. "You know what, just forget about." Kridu said trying to sound conveniceing, "It doesn't really matter."

"If you say so. I agree that this night is very pretty." She said looking at the stars. The twinkling suns that were billions of light years away always fascinated her. Just the fact that any other Sol could create a planet full of life. Where she could be needed somewhere if she were able to get that far at least.

Kridu looked at Sara for a moment then he poked her shoulder. "Whatcha thinking?" He asked watching her stare off into the void.

Sara jumped some as he tapped her shoulder. She turned to him then smiled some before looking up again. "Just about how there could be life on any other planet circling the Sol that we can see." She said meaning the stars.

Kridu shoke his head, "I don't know, but there are a thousend stars and a milillion more with each one. So the chances of life being somewhere else are quite high." Kridu stated, then he closed his eyes. "But most or all is just as ignorant as we are."
