Leanna Blackhawk
Leanna had rushed of the train, ecstatic to be starting her first year at Hogwarts. However, in her excitement, she had forgotten to retrieve he belongings off the train. Leanna you idiot, she thought, scolding herself, Starting your year without your trunk is like starting a book at the last page! You're doomed if you keep this up! With her thoughts still nagging at her, she ran back into the Hogwarts Express and hauled out her trunk. Once again eager to start her new year. She had only just spotted the woman, waving her lantern about, calling the first years over. Pushing the trunk with all her might, feeling silly not having installed wheels on it, she managed her way over to the woman. "L-Leanna Blackhawk," she said, out of breath.

![User Image](https://i1139.photobucket.com/albums/n541/MissKrys11/BaileyName2.jpg) Bailey let out a muffled yawn as she stepped off the train and onto the hard stone platform. It was growing darker, slowly but surely, though it was still light enough to see the looks of excitement, fear, and uncertainty laid across the face of each timid first year. Her lips broke into a smile as she watched them crowd around Professor Duke, and it took her back to the time she first set foot off the Hogwarts Express.
A slight breeze tousled her long, brown hair, and Pickwick fluttered his tiny wing as he perched on her shoulder. Bailey chuckled to herself, her smile still present under the rising moon. She enjoyed having company, though she knew her pygmy owl would be off to Hogsmeade soon enough, reporting her safe arrival and to get a good night's rest.
Bailey's eyes fell upon her fellow classmates. Many had grown, but she could easily recognize their faces. It had truly been a long summer for her as well, though she felt it was her intellect that grew, rather than her personal appearance. The brunette quickly spotted Nevin standing impatiently next to his sister and she approached him with ease. "Hey, Nevin." Her greeting was casual and her expression was curious. "Long summer?" She questioned lightly, hoping for his usual smile.![User Image](https://i1139.photobucket.com/albums/n541/MissKrys11/BaileyBottom.jpg) ![User Image](https://i1139.photobucket.com/albums/n541/MissKrys11/BaileySigniture.jpg)

Concentrated and focused. Two words were perfect in describing Matilda's current state. Her eyes bore into the book in front of her with such focus, that Madeline wasn't sure that her twin had even noticed that the train had stopped. In truth, she supposed that was typical Matilda, however the intensity of her scrutiny of whatever poor text she was reading made it seems a bit different from normal.
Taking a hesitant breath she said softly, "Sister, It appears that..."
She trailed off as Matilda's eyes shot up from the page. At first they carried the same intensity, making Madeline worry that she had stepped into the dangerous section of her sister's temperament. Only to feel relief as the intensity was replaced by the normal dull interest. She didn't say anything, but Madeline knew her sister was merely miffed at the temporary respite from her reading. Madeline stood as Matilda uncurling from her spot, "As you can see, I've already pulled down the curtains so you can change. So I'll leave first and then wait for you outside...Don't forget to bring the-"
A blase hand wave, reassured her enough to smile at her twin, who smirked back. Then made shoo motions indicating that she should hustle out into the crowded train corridor. Which she did.
No sooner was she out, then she was carried off by the tide of bustling noisy students. The moment, Madeline set foot on the platform, she took in a deep breath. Well, now we beginning another year, she thought moving away from the train, Just another step closer to change.

Adele skipped off the train excitedly, her golden blond curls bouncing behind her as she pressed her book close to her, looking around for Blake. Her summer was fantastic compared to the previous ones. She went to the beach for once, mostly because she'd like to impress Blake instead of being her same old boring self. But it didn't make any difference, unfortunately. Well, she looked much happier than before. But what seemed to have saved her from this summer were Blake's letters. She always kept her letters in her desk's drawer in her room, but kept it locked, since she hated it when people touched her private stuff.
On the other hand, Adele met someone interesting. Jean-Baptiste Soleil. A handsome French wizard of her age, who now lives beside her father's house, which meant that Adele will see him every summer! Unless he moves out, that is. But it was highly unlikely. But Adele was glad that she met Jean-Baptiste. He was sweet, caring and so romantic. His chestnut hair were highlighted with sand-blond curls that escorted his tanned skin perfectly well. His dark chocolate eyes had such a glimmer, a twinkle of serenity and peace. His smile was just as calm, not a trait of harshness, nor biggest happiness. Only calm and nothing else. It was as if a prince has swept her off her feet. Otherwise, Adele spent the whole summer with him, despite her father's reprimands. Every morning, she'd sneak out through the window of her room and pass through the gates of the garden to the street, where she'd meet Jean-Baptiste. Then they'd go off to the beach, climb on the large rocks by the shore and whatnot. One day, J.B. (as he asked her to call him) picked her up and jumped into the water along with her while they were wandering nonchalantly in the sand, hand in hand. Quite spontaneous, isn't it?
Well, they were more than friends, but Adele couldn't think of them as a couple. Her mind was still preoccupied by someone else.
Blake.
Still clutching to her books, Adele sighed heavily and gave Eleanor a little wave, which she returned when she caught sight of her. Her blue eyes moved to the carriages the Groundskeeper pointed to. They looked old, but she did hear about them. They were pulled by Thestrals, horse-like creatures that are invisible to those who have never witnessed death. Walking forward, Adele reached her hand out until she felt something touching her palm, but she already knew that she was stroking one of them, despite the fact that it seemed as if she was caressing air. Pulling her hand away, the second-year Ravenclaw glanced around once more, seeking helplessly for Blake. Maybe he was right behind her, prepared to hug her from behind just like in the Covered Bridge? But the poor Adele was kidding herself. He'd never do that.
