We'll see what I have time for tomorrow. Since I don't have homemade bread made for stuffing, I could stuff the turkey with fruit to give a sweet flavor and keep it moist. (apples, oranges, lemons).

It works well with birds. When I roast a chicken, I use an apple, orange or lemon to put inside the cavity. It helps keep the bird moist and gives the meat a fantastic flavor. Try it sometime. wink
