Jae's attention came around when her name was called out. Looking up at the Hokage she noted that Reiko had left, her mood brightening up. Smiling at him, she broke the remaining ice off the vile and walked toward him. Holding it by the vile's top tip, she held it in front of her for him to inspect. " A little piece of Yuki. However fleeting it is. " She placed the carefully on the top of his desk. Maybe it was weird to hand trinkets like that to their Hokage but it was pretty and she would have given it to Shade but Jae hadn't seen her friend in a long time. "Sorry for taking up your time, that's all I wanted to give you." She said, ducking her head a little as she bowed. Taking a slight step back she waved gayly at him. "You'll be seeing me again soon sir. I'm almost at the next rank." She laughed lightly and ducked her head once more, bowing her self dismissal. With that she was out of there, her steps quick as she headed off to find a few decent missions to work with.

The Hokage took the gift in stride, "Thank you for the gift, it has been so long since I have seen snow this white, decades really. I look forward to seeing you soon." Taking the snow vial from his desk, the hokage examined it carefully as he watched her leave. Once by himself, he quickly extracted himself into the secret adjoining bedroom reserved for the Hokage. Opening the mini-fridge there, he placed the vial in the freezer portion. Leaving the room, he made his way back to his desk and rested in it.

Jae had wanted to do this in bulk but one of the things she could assist the Hokage in was tidying up his office or applying herself in something a little more useful. She could always ask him so it worked out either way. "Sir. I came to get credit for a completed mission and ask for a new one." She was a lot chipper than she had been upon arrival and as she poked her head into the office she was all smiles. Her happy momentum paused as she spotted the Hokage in his seat resting. She was hesitant now. She didn't know if he was getting ready to take a nap or what. "Sir?" The tab in her hand was the proof she was supposed to bring with her but she didn't know what else she was supposed to do.

The hokage was lost in thought, reminiscing about the past, when Jae entered. Straightening up in his chair, he put a smile on his face. "Jae, how can I help you today? Here for a mission?"

Jae entered the office fully, now that she had his attention. Had the Hokage been spacing out? Did Hokages even daydream? Jae was being rather silly in her thought processing but it was only natural. Kages were never really seen by the younger generation as anything but their titles. That made them practically inhuman. Jae nodded slowly."Yes. And to get credit for the one I just finished up. The village is safe for another day." There was a tiny underlying tone of sarcasm as she said that, patrol was not the most joyful of missions to take on and she would rather chase cats all day rather than having to go through that one once again.

Wazurai beckoned towards jae, indicating he wanted the slip. "Well, in that case, I have one mission available." he said as he grabbed a file from his desk. "You are to catch a cat-" before he could finish his sentence, a smaller folder slipped loose from the file. Shifting through the documentation, Wazurai quickly memorized the important notes. "Ah, well, perhaps I have another you could perform. The Local Ramen Chef is about to go on a cross country trip to Sunagakure to talk to the dango shop owner there. Escort him to his destination. While there though, I want you to investigate the village and report back to me with any information that could be of use to Konoha."

Jae handed him the slip, feeling on edge now that they were getting into the proper formalities. Her mouth almost dropped open as he was about to assign her to chase a cat. What were the chances of that. For a second she seriously considered that he was reading her mind. As she thought that she panicked. Think nice things...Think nice things. She repeated, almost like a mantra. A las, chasing a cat was not to be her mission, instead she received one that was more to her liking. Stunned into silence, which was quite the feat, it took her a few minuets before she could switch gears. "I'm allowed to travel out on my own?!" She was ecstatic in her elation. She had always wanted to check out Suna, a village completely opposite to Yukigakure. This mission was so much better than chasing cats. Happily she accepted this one, eager to be on her way. "Thank you so much sir!" Jae bowed formally to him, fighting the urge to jump up and down and hug him. Jae was a flurry of movement then, her steps quick as she retreated out of the office.

Axel walked slowly into the large hokage's building, he was slightly nervous at the chance to finally advance (Hopefully) to Chunnin, stopping outside the Hokage's office he smiled slightly about to knock on the door before a girl rushed out past him. Knocking on the door after it closed he crossed his arm's behind his back to wait for a response.

Axel pushed open the doors slightly before walking completely in, bowing briefly he smiled. "Hello sir, I've come to text my test to become a Chunnin, I figured now was a good time to come." His voice was calm, but inside he was rather..impatient.

At last, he looked at the boy who was requesting the test and said, "If there were Unknown ninja at the gates and they appeared to be hostile, what would be the first five things you would do? In detail, please."

Kiya finally stopped in front of the Kage's office. As she went to approach the door, the ANBU team all took a step forward. With a sigh, Kiya turned. "Listen." She said plainly, almost a hint of aggressiveness in her voice. "You got me hear, so you can leave." Yet, they didn't budge. With another aggravated sigh she turned once again to knock on the Kage's door. Her knock wasn't loud enough to be annoying, yet, it was purposeful and Kiya hoped to get a fast response.

Kiya opened the door and took a few steps in, letting the door close snugly behind her. "Hello." Was all she said as she waited. Obviously, she was giving the Kage a chance to speak. She was probably not what he was expecting after all. After a second, she also added. "Name's Kiya." She said casually, with that, she fell silent, waiting for the Kage to address her.
