Rock shrugged as he saw Sophie run off to see a girl who just popped up and walked back to the nose of the ship, slipping his rifle off his shoulder and passed the area with his scope again. He never liked bad surprises, the traps had been enough already...

Lilly stopped when she noticed the guys and looked at them. "Who are they?" she asked Sophie.
"Oh, the crab is ReefRip, the leopard is Rano, and the wolf is Rock." Sophie said with a smile.
"Nice to meet you all." Lilly said happily as her tail wagged.

Area still being clear, Rock straightened up. His hood was still up, hiding all but his nose as usual. "Nice to meet you too, miss Lilly." He replied with a bow, lowering his rifle at the same time. "Oh, by the way, Sophie. If you have time, there are things you might want to see down in the armory. Do you wish I give a look at the ship's cannons?" Rock asked

Sophie looked at Rock and smiled. "Sure. Oh!" she said and turned to Lilly. "I know you just got here but could you do me a favor and help with dinner while I check out my armory? Please?" she asked.
Lilly looked at her friend and smiled. "Sophie, I owe my life to you. I would be happy to cook for you and your friends." she said.
"Thanks. Oh no sea food." Sophie said and went down to the armory.
Lilly nodded and looked at the guys. "Don't worry boys, I've grown up with 5 brothers so I know how to make a good meal." she said before heading to the kitchen.

Rock followed Sophie down to the armory. Once she was in he pointed at the sports bags in a corner. "I know how much the weaponry in this room are dear to you and I didn't want to damage them more. I pulled a few strings and got us enough guns to bring down Fort Knox. All of the finest makers and best quality. I bet Rano would be happy to know about this. One bag contains sniper, assault and battle rifles, the second contains pistols and shot guns and the third one is mostly things to maintain them in good shape and ammunition for them all. Thought you'd be happy to know. As for the weapons already here, since most are out of shape, I thought you'd like them more as for show around the ship, if I'm not pushing it too far..." Rock said with his arms behind his back and bowing at the last sentence he said.

Sophie looked through the guns then turned to Rock and hugged him. "Thank you so much. I'm so sorry I yelled at you." she said and let him go. "This is your home too and I give you permission to do whatever you think will help this ship." she said with a smile.

Rock was caught off-guard by her hug and it took a few seconds before returning the hug out of politeness. He did smile, however, for the first time in a very long time. "I'll let you announce the weaponry improvement of the ship... I'll take care of the cannons once we start heading there." Rock said as he broke the hug, starting to feel a little awkward. He never had much affection in his life, whether it be friendly or more, and he had to get used to it and that would also take more than an hour..."We should go back to the group"

Sophie nodded. "I wonder what will be fore dinner. Lilly always makes amazing meals." she said as she walked back up with him.

"Does she? hmm, I'm curious to see... I am developing an appetite, it's been a while since I had something under the tooth." Rock sighed. "You seem to know each other very well, how did you meet? If I'm not asking too personal information."

"Oh it's a funny story actually." Sophie said and sat on a barrel. "I was 7 and she was 2. She's always been a ditsy girl and somehow managed to get herself stuck in a hole in a tree." Sophie said and laughed lightly as she remembered. "I managed to get her out by putting mud on her. She thought I was a superhero and said I saved her from living with the elves in the tree. We've been friends ever sense." she said.

"She was 2... I won't take opinion upon actions did decades ago" Rock shrugged. "Is she staying on the ship?"

"That actually happened a lot when we were growing up. She'd get herself stuck somewhere." Sophie said. She then thought about his question. "Yeah, I've missed her so much. It's been 5 years sense we saw each other." she said. "You mind if she does?" she asked him.
Lilly hummed as she happily cooked. Her tongue was hanging out like normal but somehow she never drooled when she did. She was making steak with mashed potatoes, carrots cooked with some onions to give them some more flavor, and baked mac and cheese.

"It's your ship, captain. It's all your decision. I have no say. Even if I did, I wouldn't say anything, really. Not to sound distant or mean, but I don't really care..." Rock replied "As for the rest, we'll see how it goes on the ship. We have a lot in front of us... I need to check the cannons and other weaponry on the ship, we got a little girl to save, and you need to make sure everyone pulls through." He added with a smile and a nod

"I'll do my best for my crew." Sophie said with a determined smile. She then sniffed the air and her stomach growled loudly. "Hmm dinner should be done soon." she said happily. "Oh one last thing." she said as she stood up. "Don't ask Lilly about the tongue thing. She doesn't realize she does it." she said.

"Wouldn't pointing it out make her realize it?" Rock asked, tilting his head to the side a little as he followed Sophie to the kitchen. He still had yet to know where everything was on the ship...
