RP response: Yurei gears himself up, knowing he only had the energy for one more fight of the day. He swims closer, using his mall size to his advantage, as he creeps closer to the soft flesh of the exposed underbelly. He darts quickly between larger rocks, using his coloring to hide in the shadows. He sees his change and he darts out quickly, aiming he shoulder into the soft flesh. He sees the Kraken's eyes catch him and it tries to move out of the way. It's not fast enough though and Yurei feels his hit land, the impact shaking his shoulders and leaving a heavy bruise.
He feels his energy waning, quickly, and he just manages to flip out of the way of another oncoming attack to swim into the distance, dodging other fighters as he fled to safety. He could only hope that the battle would not last much longer.
Rolled 19 It seems to realize what you have in mind, but is not quite quick enough to stop you from getting one good kick/slap in. It takes 10 damage.
Final note: I am only eligible for familiar wins!

RP response: After pausing to regain what little strength he had left, Oannes zoomed toward the target. Perhaps assuming that he'd do yet another spectacular swing and a miss, the Kraken didn't even try to dodge. Bad luck for it, as the Mer managed to strike close to the eye and deal a mighty blow.

RP response: In retaliation, the Kraken swung a tentacle at Oannes and whacked the poor Mer senseless and far out of range. Looks like I don't have a dogfish left in this fight... He thought, once he was able to collect himself and started to swim back to the others. I only hope we were able to keep it at bay long enough for it to just give up.
