I don't know who Kefka is, so I won't state any opinion of who is better... But Sephiroth is pretty awesome. I love Sephiroth's theme! (especially the metal-y version)
And Azeiel, about your character... well the bloodline request.. *runs to read it* I rather like bloody, actually, though movies with things like in The Hills have eyes or 'Wrong Turn' just are way too creepy for me, mostly due to it being possible that there are people out there like that. Vampires, Werewolves, heck even zombies are fine by me no matter how gory, since the chances of them existing are slim-to-none. AND I don't mean the retarded Twilight versions of Vampires or Werewolves.. I mean Bram Stoker's vampires, the Blade Vampires, heck even Supernatural's vampires would be awesome...
