Oh my. I need to start doing the same... I'm out of shape... I sometimes wonder if I have asthma, but then I realize I just can't run. ; 3 ;

Yeah, I'm a sucky runner too. I wanna fix that but they say if you run on anything other than sand it jacks up your knees. XP
