Do I have to go to the Kage of my village at all in order to take on missions? I ask this because I don't know and I can't find info on that anywhere here, so don't try to make me look stupid >.>

Lol only the ones in the mission threads that say Kage permission needed. for the others ones just show up there at the office when you finish to collect your reward ^.^
