Kiya took no heed to the Kage's expression, probably because he was exceedingly hard to read. "I'm looking for a trainer, seeing as how my village is at a lack of them to me. Oh, I'm from the Snow Village by the way. Just thought you might want to know." She added, then, there was a growl at her side. "Oh yes, this is Bain. He wanted me to introduce him to you." With that Kiya fell silent, waiting for the Kage to say what was needed, or what was on his mind if he wanted.

Axel gave a deep frown at not only the question, but at the fact that right when he was going to answer another person entered the hokage's office. "Sigh, I will be waiting out side until you are done Lord Hokage, and I shall think about this question." With a bow to Wazurai, and a slight nod/bow to Kiya he opened the door before walking outside the hokage's office Axel crossed his arms across his chest before leaning against the wall adjacent to the office doors.

"Very well, Axel, I will send for you in just a few." Wazurai said before addressing Kiya. "I'm afraid that would be difficult. You see, Our Villages do not have any sort of Treaty. Because we are currently attempting to create a treaty, I might use that as an excuse to train you as an encouragement, but that might not help if negotiations fall through. Even if you were to renege your loyalty to Yuki and swear fealty to Konoha, I would be forced to decline, in favor of a possible Treaty. I'm afraid Konoha cannot offer you any assistance with your training at this time. However, as you make your return back to Yukigakure, please take this message to the Yukikage."Wazurai replied, offering a scroll to Kiya. "It is held by my personal wax seal and that of the Hokage.

Kiya took the scroll of parchment from the Kage. Glaring at the paper for a moment, she looked up with a look of determination on her face. "No problem, I should get it there without much trouble." With a smile as fake as could be, she turned and made her way towards the gates. This was the first step in the delivery that she felt nearly soul bound to protect for some reason. Opening the door, she called over her shoulder as she left, "Me and Bain here will get it back asap. Don't worry." That was all she said as she walked out of the door, quickly making her way towards the village gates.

Axel opened the door with a slow sigh before standing once again before Wazurai with his hands crossed behind his back. "Hai Lord Hokage, I've thought about your question." Taking a deep breath he closed his eye's before opening them after calming himself. "The first thing I would do is to find a higher ranking ninja, either a Jounin or an Anbu, and alert them of the ninja. Second I would approach the ninja, with caution of course, and search them for weapons or things that could be used as a weapon. Third I would ask for their Name, Rank, and reason for coming to Konoha. And the last thing I can think of is depending on their answer, either attack them hoping to hold them off until help arrives, or escort them here if needed." He was rather...scared, seeing as he could only think of four answers, instead of five, but hopefully his answers where good enough.

There were people already inside the office when Jae arrived and quite the line too. She stared at everyone's backs from the door, her icy blue orbs flickering over to the Hokage who was attending them. Ever the civil servant. She mused, thinking for a moment of how different the previous Kage of Suna had been. Waiting just outside the door, Jae occupied herself by looking at the tea she had been given by Amaya.

"I see," The Hokage said as he leaned back in his chair, "Would you leave the gates unattended in order to locate a higher ranking ninja? Every ninja carries weapons of some sort, so searching them is unnecessary. You would then ask them for their information, information that could be crucial for any reinforcements to know? The second answer is good if they are not in fact hostile, but the first could get you killed. As a chunin, you will have to make hard decisions and you must make the right one quickly. Memorize the names of every rogue you can. If you have then you can cross reference it with the information given to you by the ninja, then contact a Higher ranking ninja through a messenger, clone or otherwise. Never leave the gates unattended. If you must, defend yourself from them, but do not attack without determining the situation first. It was trick question, there is almost no right or wrong answer to it. but the most correct answer would be to realize that the first steps are those taken, well in advance, in preparation for such an incident." Here, the Hokage paused to acknowledge the arrival of three more ninja. "Welcome, be right with you in a moment." Turning back to Axel he said, "I want you to consider these things and realize that it is good to have a back-up plan, even if you won't need it. But, let that wait for now, celebrate on your new rank. Congratulations, Axel Hale on becoming a Chunin of Konohagakure. Know that your village is proud of you and expects greater things to come."

Axel was at a lose for words, he hadn't thought of any of that..he would have gotten so many people killed because of his incompetence..looking down he frowned before looking back up at Wazurai. "I...thank you Lord Hokage..I did not think of those variables...but thank you for giving me these words of wisdom." He gave a bow before turning towards the door, his mind was lost in thought of what else he could have said to make the simulation more accurate..sigh he would think of this later. Turning to the other three be gave a brief nod before disappearing out the door.

Jae watched the decorated guy walk out of the office. He was Chuunin now. Another rival. At least that's how she saw it. Stretching out, she entered the office seeing as it was one less person. Bowing stiffly, she raised her head and waited for the other guys to get their business tended to first. Hopefully it didn't take to long. She wanted to go and train.

Noctis nodded and waited until the hokage was done promoting the genin. Then he walked up to his desk."Lord Hokage, Our mission to retrieve the materials and the recipe book from the ramen shop in Kumo was successful though we failed on the stealth. Upon entering we encountered a Jounin with a sharingan. He used a jutsu and knew what we were up to, he most likely saw my memories of the mission. I'm sorry Lord Hokage..."Noctis said with a bow his head looking at the floor in shame.

Here he chuckled, then quipped,"Well, at least I learned that Kumogakure has a fairly incompetent Jonin in their village." Sitting back into his chair, the Hokage closed his eyes and took a deep breath. letting it out, he opened his eyes and said, "Although you failed the primary objective of stealth, you completed both secondary objectives. It is important to know that you won't always succeed and there will always be some failure. Learn from it, use that knowledge to better yourself, and you will soon realize that is all that can be expected of you. Take the materials and the recipe book to the Ramen Stand, and then have a bowl on me. Congratulations to you both on achieving Jonin." Looking passed the two newly instated Jonin, Wazurai attempted to make eye contact with Jae, before beckoning toward her. "Ah, Jae, how was your trip to Sunagakure? Fruitful, I hope."
