Details: Blue has permission to win one slot with Ezra. No restriction on type of slot (any gender allowed, twins allowed, customs allowed, Wishing Stars allowed, etc.). In addition, Ezra and Rouxe may be used for throwbacks for any mock children in their line.
Restrictions:

• Crackship: Only Ezra may be used. The children will not canonically be related to him; as a result, neither he nor Rouxe may be used for throwbacks.
  
• Wishing Star: Rogue Breeding, Extra Gift, or True Friend. If the last, the pony will not canonically be related to him and throwbacks may not be used.
  
• Customs/Bribes/Etc.: Mock Child
  
• Basically, any slot or contest where Ezra may be used as direct inspiration for the resulting pet. If canonically related, the pet must be a direct decedent (no siblings, aunts, uncles, etc.).
  
  If Blue obtains a child that is ICly descended from Ezra, it is understood that the fling would have taken place early on in his life. He would have been a rude and judgmental killer, but willing to breed with any charming mare that was able to put up with his sour demeanor. He would leave the children with the mother once he was certain she could care for them, and he would not be a presence in their live(s). (If Blue wishes to have the children abandoned or neglected in some way, that's fine—the only important thing is that Ezra needs to be under the impression that they'll be cared for before he leaves, or that he's not aware of the pregnancy at all.)
  
  Blue may choose to pair him with any mare that is able to fit that criteria, or go with a "rogue" option. If Blue chooses to pair, she may use Jinko. If Jinko is used, both she and her father, Jin-Soo, may also be used for throwbacks.

And to be clear, permission to use Ezra (and possibly Jinko) is limited to one slot only; however, permission to use Ezra and Rouxe (and possibly Jinko and Jin-Soo) as throwbacks remain while this post is up.
