Don't know if I'll be starting you off at Kage rank, or not...
I'll probably have to take a little poll amongst the crew, but generally we try to avoid that big of an auto-rank.

Well I dunno, if you're kage then shouldn't a person be at kage level?

In a sense... and we have had complications arise because a kage wasn't auto-ranked... But I just don't like the idea of basically throwing all that power at someone at once...
Mmmah... I dunno...
At the same time, the kage is so restrained to the village, and such... The main purpose of the person is to organize their ninja and such, so they don't have much time to themselves, either...

Well, it's why I had the option to cross out jutsu to learn them later. Unless I could have them all now. XP

Yeah, my guy is basically not going to leave the village unless something happens. Unless trouble comes to him. XP

Or can he leave the village?

He's not supposed to leave, no.
Mostly just trouble caused by "disgruntled" ninja of an equal or higher rank to the kage.

Ugh, fine. I'll be disgruntled myself. Some sort of trouble needs to start...

I think I'm gonna have it so you're allowed to auto-learn jutsu equal to half of your restrictions.
So... if you have a limit of 30 ninjutsu, you could auto-learn 15... If you have 1 style, you can learn 3 stages in it...
