Avyran looked at Suki with a look of confusion. "How...How did you know I was going to play the Stones?"

I smile, Ikima jumping off my shoulder and turning human again, and munching on a chocolate bar. "Like how i know you have a mint addiction. ^-^ Psychic abilities."

Ringo clapped her hands together again, trick or not, Ringo thought having a wizard obey a witch's orders was still rather commendable. Again, she picked up her cup of tea and took a sip, turning to the man with green striped hair to listen to his music.

 

[XSuki_MikaX]

I lean against Ikima, yawning. "Augh... Other than Ringo and Avyran, the place is dead..."
Ikima: He turns slightly red and nods. "Uhh, yea, dead.."

"Oh yeah...I forgot...Well, here goes nothing..."
He began to play the song on his guitar, and eventually jumped into the song with his voice.

"I see a red door and I want it painted black.
No colors anymore, I want them to turn black.
I see the girls walk by dressed in their summer clothes.
I have to turn my head until my darkness goes.

I see a line of cars and they're all painted black.
With flowers and my love, both never to come back.
I see people turn their heads and quickly look away.

((haha I don't know why, but typing those first two parts made me wanna listen to Get Off Of My Cloud. Same band, COMPLETELY different song. Odd XD))

Im sitting on the bar now, Ikima hiding under a random table for reasons God only knows, and im rocking my head to the beat of the music happily. "Good song, good song. ^^"

Now about halfway through the song, Avyran came to the realization that he was subconsciously thinking of his sister. The song reminded him of her. Trying to keep an aura of happiness, he brought his attention back to the song.

He stopped singing for a while and began to hum along to the rhythm he played out on his guitar, Eris.

Ringo squinted her eye slightly at the boy playing 'him too eh...' She drew out her satin pouch and poured more of the powdered herb into her tea, taking her time to stir it as she listened with a pleased ear.

I look at Avyran. "You need not pretend to be happy if your truly mournful..."  

[Methodless Madness]

Maria swept her gaze over the room, looking glum. "Not many people, it's still early, though." she muttered to herself. She wandered around the cafe, feeling restless. It was an odd feeling for her, she was usually content with her little corner of the universe.

Ikima jumps out from under his table, intending to scare the crap outta Maria.
Ikima: "TACOS!!!"

Maria, not surprised at seeing Ikima, hit him in the forehead with her palm. "Coulda had a V-8, Ikima."

Avyran kept focusing on playing the song, but he also wondered if he could think directly to Suki instead of blabbing things to everyone in the room, since she seemed to have special telepathic powers. He decided to try it.

Well, I can't really help it. If ever I feel bad, I try to hide it from other people. I don't want others to worry about me, because that would add to their own stress, and that just wouldn't be fair to them. My sister did the same to me, because she knew that in my eyes, she was perfect and invincible. Only later on in life did I realize that she was simply putting on a facade to be strong for me. Now I do the same for everyone else...

He wondered if it had worked, but went back to singing the song.

After the song was over, he decided to play something a bit more upbeat.

Maria abandoned Ikima and walked over to the stage. "Do y'know any songs by the Moody Blues?" she asked curiously.

Avyran shrugged. "Never heard of them. Sorry. Anything else you want to hear?"
