Two poofed back into the room with a rush of zinging sounds & a whoomp-whoomp oscillation in the background. It looked like he had aged more, though the details were difficult to pick out. Waving around his acquisitions in the air, he deposited them into his sack before dusting off his cook's robes. "You've been travelling against the will of the universe, & have only now been allowed to return? Good good," I greeted Two, the ever silent man. "Mind whipping up some fresh goodies for the crew?" A bright smile flashed over his face at the idea, Two's did, before he waltz right on out to the kitchen just beyond the office.
Sighing as he left to cook, a hand fled from the recesses of safety to flitter up some of the recent documents. "Escorting some merchants... approved. Takumi visitations... approved. Training... approved. Guillotine sword?" Stopping at the last entry upon the desk, a thought came across my mind. "Manfread? You're very quiet, you know that? What kind of guillotine sword are you looking for? You know... description, weight, possible abilities, ec cetera. If it's a normal sword with notches in it, then something from Takumi should suffice, ne?"

Manfread blinked, then looked at the kage, putting the senbon in his pouch he paused before saying “I want something big. Ya, as big as me...Huge! And at least 2/3 as wide... but not too thick.”
He paused again then started to get excited “And it need to be great!...Like a beheader! And it can't be too heavy, but nothing light either.”
He vigorously waved his bandaged hands around him like a penguin. Manfread suddenly stopped, he looked at the kazekage with a blank face “but I have no money...I'm poor. Again...”
He looked at the clone of James and a wicked smile crept up on his face, “Hey medic, how much do kidney's sell for?”
Manfread reached into his pouch and pulled out a scroll and began to draw, “I was thinking something like...this, ya.”

"I've heard of something recent, Manfread, that you'll be interested in hearing. Flash Bainite is an entirely new way of making steel, & I think it'll do well for a sword. However... we only have one facility that's able to make it, & it's out at the Old Capital. (Rouran) I realize that the place is still under reconstruction from the recent Jashin Encampment excursion, but that's your only choice. Getting the materials to make it is a different matter, so you may have to go on several more missions to raise the ryo needed. (Takumi's Port thread has the prices listed) If you start with James' request, then it'll be that much less for raising the ryo. Oh! While you're there... would you mind getting me the prices of everything at the port in Takumi? That's another mission for you, if you'd like."
Diddly done tired from that long chat, I reached over to the glass of lemonade on the corner, bringing it up to drain its content quickly. Placing the emptied wear off to the side, I leaned over to a wall cabinet, opening a drawer in the process. Pullling out a file, a work order was placed for an earpiece. "James," I called out to him, "Take this work order for 1 ear piece to San, & he'll be able to retrieve one from the ANBU headquarters for you." Sliding the sheet over the desk to him, I finished by relaying, "If there's anything else that you two would like, come see me."

"Aloha~" Waving from behind a stack of completed papers, they toppled neatly into the 'done' bin beside the desk. "Well, that was unexpected but just fine... I mean the papers, yeah, the papers." Scritching the side of my face, the topic of conversation moved of its own divine will. With that, the door opened enough to pull in the new recruit. Sitting under where the gigantic pile was previously, a shiny new (& slightly smushed) headband. "Oh... that's where it was hiding..."
Up from behind the hungry fella came Two with a huge tray of Trinidad Scorpian Butch T spices. Hitting a bump in the floor, a look of grief went through Two's face as the open containers of the world's hottest pepper spices assailled the air before him, much to the young genin's chagrin. Within a minute or two, the genin's ramen would be slowly trying to kill him with extreme scoville ratings. "Oh no....!"
