Noctis listened to the hokage as he spoke. He felt so disgraced by that jonin he didn't even react to the promotion."Yes Lord Hokage...thank you, I shall go take the materials to the ramen shop immediatly."Noctis bowed then turned to Unisean and slipped the recipe book from out of where he had it. His cold dead eyes not saying anything as he walked out.

Uinsean smiled sincerely as he listened to the Hokage, and made a mental note as he spoke of their initial failure. "Th-thank Lord Hokage. I'll keep that in mind on my future missions, and even training.." He bowed lightly, and was surprised as Noctis grabbed the book. Following after him, he smiled to Jae politely on the way out.

Jae blinked a few times, having been lost in her thoughts once more. Looking over at the Hokage, she smiled. Maybe it has something to do with older people but she felt more talkative around them. It was like having uncles and aunts around, or what she assumed. "If you call it that. It was hot, dry and my skin feels sucked of any and all moisture I had carefully worked on acquiring." She feigned a pouting expression, crossing her arms across her chest."But. I got to meet a few interesting people there." Jae followed up, snickering slightly at the recollection of Amaya. Clearing her throat she took more of a formal stance, dropping her arms to her side as he prepared to report what she had learned. Unfortunately it was nothing that could bring down Suna but at least knowledge was knowing. "The Ramen shop owner made it there and back safely and I met a previous Kage, a young woman. She showed me around, sorta. She took me to this area restricted to outsiders. Apparently this spot is a center for their festival. After that I ended up in the Kage's office. He was out and I met with who I assumed was the adviser. A woman who was connected to Amaya, the previous Kage. Apparently it was her mother, though the two don't really resemble each other. The village itself was empty, something about most of their Shinobi being out on missions. Not much is going on in Suna, sir. The locals were accommodating but not really friendly altogether." Jae looked a little pensive next, wondering idly if she missed anything. Coming up short she looked up at him, a little apologetically. "I would have stayed longer sir but I didn't want to draw too much attention to myself. No one minded the foreign ditz but if she suddenly acquired a sense of barring and curiosity, well then I would find myself with unwanted attention." Jae suddenly realized something, she had come without a souvenir. Lightly slapping her hand to her forehead she tried to come up with something. The only other thing she had on her was the tea Amaya had gifted her. Although it was a sentimental gesture Jae felt nothing for it and it was easy to give away the gift. Producing it from her pouch, she stepped forward and placed it on the edge of his desk. "It's supposed to be tea that helps with restlessness and allows for a decent nights sleep. I'd test it before you drank it though." She warned. Amaya seemed like the decent sort but in the end Jae trusted no one. Standing there patiently, she awaited the Hokage's judgement on her mission.

"I see. Well, in that case, you did well all things considered. If you made an impression on both of them, then that might work in our favor some time in the future. I'm glad that you made it back safe and sound and I have a gift for you as well." Rooting around in his desk, he removed a coupon. "Here's a coupon for a free dip in the local Hotsprings. In addition, I would like to offer you a promotion to the rank of Chunin. You deserve it for a job well done. Now, please excuse me, I have other business to attend to." Snapping his fingers, he summoned a familiar ANBU Captain. "Orbezus, Go and inform Reiko and his wife that they have been summoned for a mission."

"Immediately, sir." Orbezus said before disappearing in a swirl of Ice.

An impression? She wasn't sure what type of impression she had made but Amaya seemed to have enjoyed messing with her. Jae smirked. Amaya was fun. Something she hadn't expected other Kage's to be like. Ultimately it was unknown to her what Amaya thought of her, or her mother for that matter but she really hoped her experience would prove valuable for Konoha later on. Jae watched curiously as the Hokage produced something, his own gift to her. She laughed lightly, taking the offering. It was unnecessary but thoughtful. His giving her a green for promotion was all she really needed. "Thank you very much sir! For both gifts." The Hokage immediately pressed on to the next matter of business. She smiled partially and bowed, turning on her heel and walking off while he gave the ANBU his orders. Looking at the ticket, she decided to save it for after training. She was going to get sweaty and sticky, might as well wait until afterwards.

Reiko walked into the Hokages office with a rather offset look about him. He Held Bryce on his right arm while he looked down on the leader of there village from a standing position. The Hokage would immediately be aware who's son that was as their resemblance was Uncanny. Reiko but Bryce in a chair all by himself and smiled as he held on tot he armrest and stood up in it to look around. As he turned back to the Hokage his smile vanished though"I don't know what it is,but this is a very bad time"

Eclipse jumped through the door of the Hokage's Office from Steel's back landing next to Reiko. Standing up she looked at the Hokage. "Eclipse Uchiha here, you called Hokage-sama?" Eclipse was there to get ready and go on their mission. The chunin couldn't be more calm or excited at the same time.



"Touch her and I rip out your throat!"

Steel stayed outside of the office in the much larger hall that he could fit in.

Reiko smiled and nodded his thanks to the Hokages congratulations. When he spoke of him thinking he could bring Bryce with him on the mission he had to stifle a laugh. His son was currently playing with his toy kunai while sitting down in a big person chair"I never intended to bring him with me" As he said this he scooped Bryce up in his arms and placed him on top of the Hokages Desk"You're handling him" He said with a smile as Bryce stared at the Hokage with wide eyed wonder

Now, if this report is correct, Reiko you were sparring with your student at the front gates a while back. Night, you were with him at said time, yes?"

No, she didn't want to train so I told her if she was able to lay a finger on me then she could slack off until I got back. With her you have to give her a chance or else she will make anything you do difficult"

Eclipse looked at the Hoakge asking if she was there, nodding she didn't reply knowing Reiko was going too. Listening to him reply to the Hokage she kept quiet letting out a soft sigh. Reiko's always getting into stuff. Just like a little kitten in a way.

"Now, the ambassador from Yuki that you, Reiko, informed me would be on their way failed to arrive. However, a Genin from Yuki did arrive and I sent her back on her way to Yuki, to deliver a message to her Kage. Once again, I have failed to receive a reply back. I fear that said Genin, one miss Kiya, may have been unable to make it back to Yukigakure safely. You might remember her from that night, as she arrived sometime during said spar before being escorted away by ANBU members. I want you two to track her down, and see if said message was delivered. If she is still within the area, make sure she makes it back to Yukigakure unharmed"

Reiko listened to the Hokages words, his eye twitching with anger as he did so. When Wazurai was finally done Reiko let it out"You've got to be kidding me! That brat stopped by our house on the way home!" If only the ANBU could have told them the mission it would have saved them alot of time and energy

Eclipse chuckled at how ironic this mission was. "We'll get on it right away Hokage-sama, and report back to you shortly." Making a slight bow of the head and upper body Eclipse turned and headed for the door a smile plastered on her face. Of course she'd be the girl we have to take back. . . thats just our lucky. How funny! Going outside she patted Steel's leg and made the clicking noise once more. "Okay Steel, get me back home."

Steel heard the clicking voice and instantly knew what to do. As Eclipse got on his back the large wolf headed out of the building then broke into a sprint for the mansion.
