From young, he lived on the summer isles, sun-drenched beaches and cool, briny oceans. Olive branches are a sign of his relation to royalty. He worked as a cover runner, a kind of internship for High Fae. Being a flutter, he's always been more than capable of the job by shrinking himself to the size of a mouse. This way he could weave himself between the cover rocks more easily.

All of this late training for the intrigues of court life. He was gifted his mouse Adriata as a sign of his status--showing that he no longer had a need to cove run.

However, Tarquin isn't interested in intrigue or drama of the court theatrics. He is compassionate and kind, a dreamer of a new world. Despite that, he loves his people and want to change them instead of forcing them to change. He has ideas for more open trade and more open social classes.

He has an easy manner and trusting heart. A lover of beauty but not a snob. He's a big thinker and constantly analyzes.
