The village leaders investigated his past and history but found no documents or records of a family or anything of that sort. He had literally just appeared into existence. His brain had matured much earlier then should have been possible, perhaps this was due to his possession of the Sakkakugan. He kept that secret away from everyone, he didn't want people to know that he possessed a Dojutsu.

He spent all of his time in the library, studying on everything from basic weaponry to highly advanced techniques. He studied all of the fighting styles and jutsu's that were recorded. He learned all of the handsigns and how to use all the elements. Even though he could only use water and wind, he still studied how each element worked. The village leaders saw an opportunity with him and allowed him access to secret scrolls. He spent his entire life since he appeared into existence studying things such as this, until he finished every book and scroll he could find. After that he decided to become a shinobi. He passed the academy in an hour, taking all of there final tests and scoring perfectly on them. He had a reason for why he did all of this and spent his life studying books and scrolls, but he keeps it as secret as his Sakkakugan.

Yukio was born in Yukigakure, which is where he got his name "snow boy". His parents moved to Konohagakure to raise him in a warmer climate since he was sickly as an infant.

When Yukio was old enough to walk and move easily his parents gave him a marianette. Yukio mastered the art of puppetry with the marianette within three years, even to the point where he could use a single hand to move both of the wooden peices to manipulate the marianette.

When Yukio was in the academy, He was one of the few who couldn't keep up in physical activity with the rest of the class, but he excelled in fine useage of chakra. If something was needed to delicately be done with chakra, Yukio could do it in a flash.

Doki was born in the hidden Cloud Village and was raised into a common civilian family. Her parents were not well off but they often held pride for their eldest sons who were brilliant and intelligent. Feeling like she could achieve nothing as an ordinary person, Doki entered the academy in order to become a formidable shinobi. Since then, her will to be extraordinary has pushed her in various directions. Often, they lead her into craving excessive attention which resorted into slight misdemeanors. Others found new light.

During her early years in the academy, Doki fell behind her classmates on numerous occasions because she never took her classes seriously. Doki was told by a respected teacher that she was not proficient enough to handle any more ninjutsu classes since she was already not capable of chakra molding at the time. Other children started to tease her for it. Out of humiliation and resentment towards the teacher she once respected, the girl became more cantankerous just to spite them all. Her childhood however was augmented with less sincerity due to an unstable home environment. Her parents fought constantly and stressed over when or which child should be most fed. Her father became less impertinent and grew ill from the stress. A short time after, he passed away. Her mother disappeared a year after. Her two eldest brothers took on different paths upon turning the right age. All Doki had left was her third eldest brother.

Her graduation came a little later than she had intended to since the bulk of her academy years consisted of nothing useful other than goofing off and skipping. This greatly disappointed her brother, who was solely the one responsible as the head of the remaining family. In his few years of bitterness of not being able to explore his talents as a promising scholar, he spent discouraging his sister, sometimes unintentionally but always without regret. And soon enough, he left, just as the others had.

Feeling immensely betrayed and disdained by her late resolution, she came to rely less on others and focused more on the essentials. In time, she chose to forget about them and had became a prodding thorn to anyone who came to know her. Her dream of becoming an extraordinary individual firmly remained at her side so she would pursue.

Weapon Appearance: It is strapped to his arm by some braces on the bottom part of his arm, the top of his arm is plated with a strong metal and can be used to block bladed weapons much like a small shield. In the area closest to his wrist their is a small indent and a hole, this is where the projectile is released. Under the weapon where it connected the skin there is multiple needle like projections that stab into Akane's arm. In the middle of the needle there is a hole that is able to pull out things from Akane's body.
Weapon's Use: The Weapon mix Akane's Bloodline and Class together creating the Perfect Chakra Projector. By using some skill's that Akane has produced he is able to take tendril's from his body, cut them, make them straighten and Fire them out at anything (eg: Puppets, People, Areas). The Main use of the Weapon is to make a greater and more fluent connection between Akane and his puppet, when one of these projections are in the puppet, connecting his strings to the puppet will not cost the [5] chakra it usually would. It can also be an effective senbon projector and the straight Tendrils can help with Jutsu's able to seek out an opponent if not pulled out.

When Akane was young, Akane was raised by his grandmother, who was one of the Elder's of the Sand Village. His Mother and father, were rogues on the other hand who were widely know as the "Connectors" they were very ravage people, they would literally kill people then instead of taking the heart for life they would just tear the body apart fighting even each other to take a heart, usually destroying it in the process. They used weapons much like Akanes Chakra Projector and they used them so their tendril's would be able to mass on a target, they left the schematics with Akane, and that is all he was given by his parents. His Grandmother tells him stories of their ways and gave him the schematics for the weapon and also trained him in the way of Puppetry. His grandmother has taught him the way to connect his weaknesses and strength to make a balanced Chakra and Battle Types...

Although Akane has been raised by a sane woman, he does have a dark side to him that he inherited from his parents... He'll kill someone without a second thought but he has manners and won't rip them apart. He know's he needs their hearts to survive...

Something like "Powerful upper arms", but even then, that sounds like an attribute.
