oh and im concerned that there arnt anyone checking and approving/disproving member custom jutsu's cause its really piling up.

Welcome to the chat~ Just give use some time, because sometimes it looks like its piling up, but the crew deliberates in a group about jutsu, for the sake of multiple reviews, to make sure it's not a skill too broken.
