You can hang them there but it's not like you can hang them on both sides and utilize them. Considering it a block is kinda ... lame. Specifically because you are not holding it. There is no force to them and they can easily be push through. I'm not supposed to kill anyway. So even if the blades on your shoulder 'block' the flat side would still dig pretty deeply into ones shoulder, just by the force of my gal coming down on you. Don't 'goodness' me. >>

It's not so much a block as a buffer in instances like this. Avoid the flesh would, but instead it becomes a bruising issue, in regards to the transference of force, and in all actuality, with him standing on the tree as he was, it would have just been the shoulder you would have been able to strike. You said yourself the blade was falling downwards, with you, the target location was an impossibility.

I thought it was pretty obvious, if he tapped the water, and I did account for that. Note that his chakra read 145, not 150. Technically, it should be like 147, but E rank doesn't matter much. Ha ha.

Your post read that she came from above, that means up against the point of gravity. From a perspective, you could argue she was in front of him, but when you mentioned she "came down with the blade", that means she was falling with the blade. In actuality, since his arms aren't eight feet long, she wouldn't have much time to work from that perspective.

And there's AOE to break up the tension again. xD
