" Wow, actually my Staraptor has a similar story. See when I was traveling, I came upon a trainer abusing his Starly to try to get it stonger. It aperently wasn't working for him so he released it. I nurture the starly back to health and then that starly decided to come with me. Now he's a strong Staraptor. Or I like to call him Star."

"See its the trainers that don't push and yell at their pokemon are the ones that accomplish great things." Slowking said witha smile "Kage trains and loves his pokemon all the same. You'll be surprised what he caught."

Slowking smiled and petted Missy "I would love to, lilly." Slowking said with a smile "I'll make sure to have her unharmed."

"Welp," he said, carrying the cargo by brute strength alone. Raine buldozed right over to the counter with the load that he was carrying with lots of comedy and perspiration. After dropping the lot over the counter to have the stuff scanned by the Pokemart cashier, he turned to Jace and wiped the sweat off of his forehead. "Whew!" uttered Raine, "Yeah. I said it before right? Sootopolis City, pride of the Hoenn Region. Did I mention it?" he asked, wondering if he did in face introduce himself properly, "I don't remember,"

Placing the Poke's above the counter as the payment, he nodded at Jace and his information about Pokemon Contests in Kanto. "It's too bad that Kanto has little appreciation for Pokemon Contests though, unlike Hoenn. We enjoy watching Contests. It's really enjoyable,"

Once done with the purchase, Raine place the items one by one into his bag where they magically fall into place and fit. First, the potions, and then, the berries, and then, the Pokeballs which were still minimized and unused. Suddenly, the Pokegear began to beep...

"Woops!" called Raine, "Aha!"

Looking at the Pokegear, it would seem that it had already retrieved information about Fuscia City from a friend of his through the messaging application. Checking the screen, he read the information on it and let Jace hear some as well. As they walked, he read the message on the Pokegear.

"'Fuchsia City is home to the Safari Zone of Kanto, as well as the Pokemon Move Tutor's facility. A port can be found here that has a ferry carrying passengers around the Whirl Islands, and then, to Cinnabar Island.' - at least that's what my friend said," Raine paused as they made their way out of the Pokemart. "Hold on," he mused, a thought just popping into his mind. "If you're not fighting the Cinnabar Gym, then, would that tell me that you're not up for the Pokemon Gym Challenge, too?" asked Raine, partly thinking that Jace wasn't really a trainer, but a breeder, or maybe, something along his ranks.

"Thanx Slowking," She said smiling.
Then she rushed over to the guy with a Sceptile and he seemed to have all his pokemon out of their pokeballs.
" Hey, you there with all your pokemon out!" Lilly called out. "Do you ind if I challenged you to a battle?" she ran trying to catch up with him.

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that." said Lilly sympathetically. " would you like me to help?"

"Oh well um..." He didn't expect to be put into a corner like this. Raskal didn't want to lie directly about hsi goals but at the same time he wasn't ready to trust his this new guy with his secret. "Well I just haven't registered for the Indigo league!" He blurted. "I was hoping to do that on Cinnabar after meeting up with an old friend." Raskal wanted to kick himself but then thought that maybe participating in the Indigo League would be a better cover for staying in the Kanto region than being a roaming trainer. At least then he could eventualy get back into the Viridian City Gym if the need arose.
