Born to the leaders of the Miakodo herd, Io is a curious girl. She is learning the art of her natural healing ability from her father, Maion, and her aunt, Misaki. Along with learning how to use her natural abilities, Io has also found a shaman, Abiron, that travels the land and uses herbal remedies to help cure others from illness. Io will be apprenticing along with Abiron once she is old enough to travel from her family lands.

Io has finished her training and has taken to the world to help those in need. During her travels she encountered a stallion, Diogenes. While gruff in appearance, Io found that he didn't act as mean as he looked. She has taken up residence in close proximity to Dio to get acquainted with him better. Her gut tells her that there is more than what meets the eye with this male.
