Current Ideas - Comments? Safe Zone - Where the males get a bit of respite

Situated near the Queen's nest, this is one area where the Queen oversees personally - say something about escaping and you'll be tomorrow's dinner. Thus, having said that, its not really a safe zone in the sense that if a male escapes to that area, it doesn't mean that he'll be safe. This 'safe zone' is just like Daycare - a busy female may leave her current favorite toy/mating partner/slave in it and the Queen will protect him for her. When in the safe zone, males can have some 'man time' together and do not have to worry about being dragged away by a random female to do the unmentionables! But remember, the Queen is watching you...
All Hallow's Eve: Last day of Autumn

Despite their long lifespans, like all living things, sisters of the Flock will one day join the Great Spirit - some might have died a natural death while others might have died out on the field. Either way, All Hallow's Eve is a day whereby sisters remember and pay their respects to their fallen comrades. For the whole day, no meat is to be consumed by anyone in the Flock. However, for the female children of the Flock, this day is when they dress up in whatever materials they manage to get their claws/hoofs on and go trick or treating with their mother or nanny by going nest to nest. Take note though - not all Harpies appreciate being disturbed at night! Only nests with fruits hanging from should be approached!
Just because the males might be used for reproduction, doesn't mean you *need* to have a breeding! I mean, you can plot with the male's owner to go for a breeding slot, but if your Harpy is just collecting boy toys, you could always leave it to backstory and RP out the before or/and after - DO NOT RP THE PROCESS! ;o; Gaia is a PG13 site, after all!
Other announcements:
1. I might be making a mule for the Flock soon, so I hope everyone can friend this mule so its easier for me to send out mass PMs regarding Flock RPs/Events. (:
2. I think dedicated Flock members should be awarded somehow, what do you guys think? Any suggestions?
3. If you're really interested to breed your Soq with one of the males, please don't keep it to yourself and feel bad only after he's been taken! Take that first initiative! <3 Of course, if I get complains about you being pushy, I will not hesitate to act as the mediator. You must NEVER force someone to breed their Soq with yours!
4. Having said that, if you have existing plots with someone within the Flock, please make it public! This is especially important if there is breeding involved; stating the relationship of your Soqs will save others the trouble of going after that stallion or mare since he/she will be taken. <3
5. If you're a male, any one of the females can catch you and take you back to the Flock. >3 Just go arrange an RP with a female's owner and post the completed RP in this thread! It does not need to be a big RP, but please do not give me just a few posts. xD If you want me to be the captor, PM or IM me. <3

Valtiel will probably just pick up his head, realize he's been cornered and captured, shrug and go along with it. He's not one to fight or speak out, despite being very intelligent and strong both mentally and physically. He's just too easy-going to really... care. xD
I'm down for RPing out his capture, if any of the females are interested in him. He's often just wandering, out and about, in the forest and other areas. He'd be pretty easy to find. =3

... I just realized that the males are becoming like pokemon.
You wander the tall grasses (forest) and then when you run into one (*cue pokemon music*), you fight him if he resists before weakening him and capturing him. 8D

I can't say that Valtiel is humble, either. He's just... easy. xD Humble is a trait that the Harpy ladies should seek amongst the males they capture. Unless they like a bit of a fight. ;D

Since we'll be having a mule for the flock, perhaps people can donate under their own will (aka not make it a requirement to donate) to the mule, and it can hold onto the money as a pot. Truly dedicated members get a portion of the pot donated to a quest of their choosing.
Another possibility is that artists can donate a gift of a simple picture of the dedicated member.

OH! One more thing -- While she would definitely not work as a Harpy member, and as a girl wouldn't be a slave either, I'm kind of hoping for an encounter between the harpies and My Talbuk gal Sha'tar, since both of them are WoW based breeds o3o
