A light canter filled the halls, eyes closed as she seemed to envision a world outside of what was given, her tune still holding strongly in it's delicate nature, "'Cause God is watching your every move, Hold my hand in the dark street....for if you do i'll know that i'll be safe " The door was already opened as she stood looking to the figures in the room, violent hues of blue that seemed to calm in a incandescent luster. " Mhmmmm Raikage~" Drawing closer, she stood with her eyes away from Kimiko's form, " What you have asked as been completed...Mhmmmmm~" The room's temperature dropped viciously, a cold aroma brought the fresh scent of water and snow as she stood in and idle manner.

A frozen breeze brushed through her office as Kimiko notice the special sense of pressure. It seemed her cousin had learned the ways of controlling her abilities. Kimiko didn't mind and the breeze in fact didn't reach her palm skin. Kimiko naturely gave off a intense heat keeping her from catching chills from her cousin actions. " Congratulation Septima! " She said with a smile. " Your Sensei still hasn't been found but is there anything else I can do for you? "

Oh how she just adored watching her painfully excited cousin hold this enthusiasm for her accomplishment. Invigorating, her smile increased but her eyes kept it's steadfast reflection. Placing two hands on the desk, she leaned over, allowing her hair to fall over it, most toppling over to the ground and flowing onward down. Her cheek brushed her cousins, "It's just you..." A hand toppled over her own, halting her from moving too swiftly, "I'll give it only to you now" Lips brushing her cheek she withdrew, smiling with a light tilt of her head. " Mhmmmmm~ I understand, but might I request permission to visit Konoha? It's only to see my beloved elder sister" Calmly she stated, as if she had never whispered to her whatsoever.

The child was too personal with her movements though Kimiko was used to such actions by now. She merely shifted her head back in disgust of the lips. Her expression were lifeless and once again as she sung the sweet words. Kimiko paid no attention at all. Instead, her thoughts only circled around the person her cousin wished to visit. " ...Hera... " A cousin who challenged Kimiko statue for lifetimes. A gentle smile swept over her face as the thoughts of her elder cousin was brought to wonder. " You may visit the High and Mighty Hera. Give the female my hellos. You may be gone for only a week. Report back in Kumogakure on that last day. When are you leaving exactly? "

A smile came upon her vivid features, a pale brush to accent her mysterious charms. " As quickly as I came..." Of course she had taken into consideration as to her wishes, but nonetheless she could leave. With that, she disappeared into a shatter of ice.

Aru skipped through the hall of the building until she arrived to the destination she wanted to go to. Of course she did a great number of fast loud knocks before entering the room. "Hello, I'm Zuni! New and ready to kick some a**!"

Good lord so many harsh words being exchanged like this. This would prove not to end well on either account. The Raikage getting stressed over one of her own would lead to bad decisions if it clouded her, pun intended. While his youthful younger brother, speaking the way he did could ruin his career. Len gave a sigh underneath his Raijuu style mask, an object he always wore over his face. Being the Raijuu represented the Demon of the Lightning, he found it a fitting object. It was after all a gift from his father, upon him finding his path as a Shinobi.

Len stayed in his stance not moving but somewhat quaking hearing the words his voice was clear underneath his mask "...How can I protect him if he's away from me...damn..it, Knight..." Len said with a bit of fear in his tone. Nothing else, not even the Raikage's fury scared him more than the thought of failing his own personal missions, including failing the Raikage.

Those words did not fall on death ears as his composure returned he stood arms at the side as he spoke "Your will , shall be done , Mistress Raikage...and Knight, we have much to discuss dear brother.." Len did watch the little situation with the cousin of her speaking to the newcomer "Good luck, and if that is the case next time wait for her permission to enter..that is all..." , then left and if allowed escorted Knight to the Academy/Dojo for training with that a bit of white chakra was flowing off of him, showing raw determination, he shall mold knight starting now.

Sypher arrived once more outside the Raikage's office, his hands shoved deep into his pockets. He paused outside the door again and just kind of looked at, wondering if she could have possibly found him a team or a sensei in such a short amount of time Probably not...but no harm in asking. Right? he sighed and knocked on the door sharply three times in quick succession.

Aru hummed as she felt her words fall on deaf ears. Her green gazed stared from one person to the other until it fell upon the door. Knocking is what she heard and she was interested in whom it may be. Opening the door almost automatically she saw something she didn't expect to see. "YOU!!!!!!" She pointed. Rapidly, Aru walked up to him and in her arrival only gave him three inches of personal space between them. "You're...so.." It was as if she held her breath on the last word or maybe she took a deep breath. "...FREAKING CUTE!" Ah, she let it out; a giant cheerful compliment and the louder she says it the more she really meant it. However, it doesn't always work that way.

Pulling back she examined him more, oooing and ahhing at some of the things she found to suit him. "Oh yes yes, do come in." Aru said making room in the door way for the young man to pass. "What is your name? I'm Zuni." Her fingers started twitching for a touch of his ears but she didn't want to ask in fear of coming off strange; although her body language failed at hiding her hidden obsession.

Sypher froze, literally stiffened like a board, as the strange girl suddenly appeared in his personal space. He hadn't even had time to register the door opening before the girl was in his face "I-What?" he fumbled over the words, completely thrown as to what he should say in a moment like this. "I-I'm S-Sypher." his eyes were huge and filled with stunned confusion.

Aru closed in on Sypher once more. "May I," she asked out of pure curiosity as she looked from his ears to his eyes then back to his ears then to his eyes? "Fluffy, fluffy, fluffy, fluffy, fluffy..." Aru whispered extremely fast although she thought it was said in her head; she didn't notice.

Sypher stared at her in complete silence, his usual mannerism vanished because of how she acted and spoke "Go ahead...I guess." he wasn't exactly happy to have someone call him or any part of him 'fluffy' but Zuni didn't seem to mean it as an insult "Are you...are you new here?" he asked, still trying to get his bearings.

"Oh yes." Aru replied in a low tone. She felt very peaceful as she took each hand to each ear and rub her index finger and thumb on the inner and outer parts gently. Since she appeared to be taller than the young man made it easier, comfortable and able to be very delicate. "So soft... Just like Empathy." Ah yes... Empathy. I wonder how is she doing, Aru questioned herself; drowning in an expression of deep sadness.


Releasing Sypher from her hold she silently moved back with a wide smile upon her face. "Oh, yes I am new here." Aru started humming a song she always liked while pulling out her Ukiyo Mizo then sat on the floor. She eagerly drew a picture of Sypher and stored the scroll away for later in a very excited manner before standing up.

Sypher finally recovered his wits and his face returned to a neutrally amused expression "Are you here to see the Kage about a team or a sensei?" he asked, putting his hands deep in his pockets. He didn't like that she'd drawn his picture but his expression didn't show that he'd noticed.
