I've never had just one dream item. No Gaia item that I wanted over any other...
But currently, I dream of getting a Bibbles. I'd like to one day own all the cat companions on Gaia, and I have a long way to go.

the very first item that i ever literally poked my PC screen for and said out loud that i will someday own atleast one was the Nautilus Raiment.
i said that way to loud of which my sister looked back at me and sighed

I wish I could have Cavalier King Charles item.
We had a dog of that breed who died on 28.8.2009. cry And when this item came to gaia almost exactly a year after his death I wished I could get it as some kind of memento of him. Unfortunately, I cant get cash so it was impossible for me to buy it. Even though I searched it from marketplace it was far too expensive for me to buy it.. sad Because of this I really wish I could one day have it.
